You sent me to a location that wasn’t open on Monday. I specifically chose a different location when I made the reservation because it was listed as open on Monday’s but you sent me elsewhere.

My retail experience with these people was awesome! The truck was very clean in the cab and in back of the truck. Renting the truck was very quick and simple. I will be renting from them again in the near future.

At this particular location, It's always a pleasure working with Crystal. I feel like I've made a couple of new friends here. I highly recommend using this location for all of your moving needs both local or long distance. Great customer service with a smile here.

Crystal was a very pleasant person to deal with. I had to call 3 times to see if I would be able to extend my rental on the truck because it was taking longer for the move than I had anticipated (rainy weather). Crystal was able to accommodate me each time and I was able to make 2 new friends during the process. The customer service at this location was GREAT!!!!!!!

The trailer was very dirty. I actually had to wash it out then use blankets on floor so my belongings would stay clean.

Location had different hours listed online than what was posted at the location. Got charged for insurance that I said I didn't want or need, and no one was there at time of dropoff (1pm) on a Monday.

They claim that I caused damage to the driver side door but the damage is not there!! I disputed it with my bank and wil receive my money back!! I believe I was discriminated against.

Gunners choice is by far the best place to get Uhaul equipment from. They take care of their customers. I would highly recommend them and i will be using them in near future.

This trailer was probably the OLDEST trailer UHaul has...... while it did the job, we were VERY leery that it would make the trip!! The lights barely worked and the trailer was wobbly and in bad shape!!! Good thing we were only transporting light furniture 150 miles. Have rented many, many trailers from UHaul and this was, by far, in the worst shape. Was very surprising to me, actually.

Team Gunter was outstanding with assisting me in my time (even extending their day past their closing hours) Due to my emergent requirement I was able to get the auto transport from a location 15 minutes away vice 90 minutes. Mrs Gunter Was very pleasant on the phone as she got me orientated to their shop once the GPS took me through town. The Gunters also manage an Outdoorsman Shop complete with weapons of your choice for target/hunting/competition or home defense. The also have a museum with items that may rival some the historical items in the All-American Museum in Fayetteville. Thanks Team Gunter for your help with the Auto Transport and expanding my thoughts on the weapon control debate - I appreciate both!

Had a tremendous amount of issue with the lock. The owner of the facility had to come to the location to fix the problem. This caused about an hour delay in my trip.
