hector eThe truck had no gas in it. I got an email saying I was refunded 25.00 to put 6 gallons in the truck but it has not been credited to my card. I paid for the truck before I picked it up. I was also told if I didn't return it with 1/4of a tank of gas I'd be charged 5.99 a gallon to fill it up. Why should I be penalized for you not putting gas in the truck.
Margery BThe man at the store came out and screamed at me to move the truck. It was crowded and impossible to maneuver a 15 ft truck. I was happy to leave it there and be done with the whole fiasco.

Michelle GMy initial truck had no gas, the seatbelt didn't work and door wouldn't close. I requested 2 dollies which they forgot to include, however still charged me for. The woman at the counter was very bored and had no interest in helping me.

Jeffrey HStaff wasn't knowledgeable to set up, therefore had to do online... tank wasn't full as they had documented either...In addition internet glitches when you try to upload the request photos , check in and return .. I did an early drop off however uhaul internet didn't work well to document all.. however I saved all my pics as proof

Sabrina FCharged me $68 dollars in fees because I forgot to put $10 worth of gas in the tank on a move in day when I'm frantically running around stressed and distracted. Let's put it this way, if you want returning customers, you are not gonna make them pay double their price when you work at a gas station and know it was a $10 fix. I will never use a uhaul again with all this fee BS. Especially in these times, no one has $70 dollars to throw around on a small mistake that would cost 7 times less to fix. Definitely not a customer friendly company. If I'm paying money like that again I will call a moving company.
Erica DImage on agreement was not truck shown. Large scratches down side, debris left in rear, smelled of cigarettes. The parking brake light continuously sounded alarm even when it was not engaged.
