Service was spot on. The truck was immaculate and smelled clean. Very friendly and thorough. Will rent here again if needed.

Kristin PTo explain the truck to customer I normally don’t drive the truck my husband does so I would of loved for someone to show me how it all worked on the inside as driving it and what to look for side mirrors needed to be fixed but I could never figure it out and inside of truck was dirty had to clean it ! And on paper the gas said half of a tank but it was a tad below!!! Explained paperwork while I was inside but other then take as in walking out with me to truck I hat never happened. It would of been nice if that would of happened Other then that It went ok Thank you For listening Be blessed

You have a good manager there! Regarding the truck… The mirror fell off for no discernible reason and customer service did a great job of sending us to the U-Haul dealer in Lake Charles who replaced the mirror We were very grateful
cheryl gThis location is excellent. Uhaul might want to rethink about the location across the street. They sell drug paraphernalia out in the open. I will not do business with them. Gulf Breeze storage knew what they were doing. Very clean and very helpful. If I need another truck in Gulf breeze they will be my to go place. I wish all Uhaul dealers were like them.

Dave DI had trouble using the app and went into the office! The office manager was amazingly helpful and very quick in comparison to the app! It was very nice to have good customer service in a world where customer service is no longer a requisite.
Alison FDropped off after hours & entered a question in the UHaul app - James delayed closing the contract until my questions were answered. Although I didn't go inside during regular hours, the facillity is broom clean throughout the large parking lot, and the trucks were well separated from the trailers and all equipment was neatly parked in the assigned parking spaces - all very orderly. I would contact them if I needed to rent storage, as their units are probably well kept and clean.

Frederick HFound brown sticky stuff on the floor of the trailer on checkout. Easy enough to clean, just gave it a once-over. Also the door would easily jam open. The latch would get stuck above the top of the door opening, not allowing the door to close. On several occasions I had to use a thin tool to in-clasp the latch and rotate it in order for the door to close. A little frustrating, could just be poor design. Overall a great place to rent from. Reserving on the app was easy, the people were very helpful, and the equipment rental price was reasonable. Would rent here again.

Gregory AI reserved this unit WEEKS in advance at Live Oak U-haul, miles away. You sent me an email the day before changing the pick up address. I didn't see this email until today, 4/18. So I was misdirected to another U-Haul who redirected me to Gulf Breeze Storage, where there was a unit. All in all, I spent 1.5 HOURS chasing this unit around because you couldn't or wouldn't have the unit where I reserved it. This is the text of your email, which only gives the address. Even if I HAD received this, I would have gone to where I reserved the unit. "We share our customers’ concerns.
