Great customer service
Belay BRecieved truck with almost 1/4 tank of gas, was informed I do not have to pay for KM if it is under 50KM. The worker also told not to fill the gas tank because takes very little gas and I was only going 30km total. Then I noticed $93 was stolen from my credit card for gas fee's after I was instructed not to put gas into the vehical.

Damian CThe truck smelled terribly of smoke from previous driver(s). Also, I was charged a few km’s extra (which was correct), but I also provided 1/8 more gas than after refueling. The business should have been able to waive my $3.00 extra mileage for the $10 extra of gas I returned it with.

Please don't ask how many miles I think I will drive; we've been metric for a very long time, and I only have a vague recollection of the mile-to-km conversion factor. I'm sure your younger renters will be even more befuddled.

Lindsay MWhy this is not 5 stars is because I had to get U-haul's roadside assistance team to come and boost the 10' truck's battery. (which was really helpful by the way!) I had the Hazards/4-way lights blinking for only 1 hour and it killed the Battery. I had to have them on to do the business i needed to do as I was downtown working with it parked in loading zone. Thats really not a long time for a battery unless its really old.. I recommend that they replace the batteries in their trucks, or at least the 10' cube truck. Their 20' truck is a beautiful vehicle though!

Evan DI want to begin by saying that the gentleman at GS helpers was amazing and I am only giving a below average rating for everything that happened before I got to GS helpers as I think this information is helpful for your online booking system. originally I was scheduled to go to another location for pick up of a truck that was not in their hours of operation. I was advised online that there would be mailbox for keys that I could retrieve when I got there. Unfortunately, when I got there at 8AM there was nothing and no one there. when I tried to check in online I was directed to call a customer service line. I finally got through to a customer service agent This cut into 30 minutes of my rental time. She then proceeded to tell me that the location I was given on the online booking system did not have a drop box. This was very frustrating as I had a short window of time to pick up and drop off my rental. I had to drive around to get to GS helpers to pick up the rental. The website SHOULD NEVER have given me the original location for pick up as it was beyond their hours. This should be fixed on your online booking site or the first location should have a drop box made available. Having the client drive around trying to find a second location was a bit ridiculous. Thank goodness, the gentleman at GS helpers understood my frustration and helped me out and got me out of there very quickly. I would recommend this location again to anyone who asked. Very professional and very helpful.

Ioan-Tudor AThe fellows at GS Helpers were very professional - speedy service, equipment in good condition, seamless pickup & dropoff. I would advise them to slow down the check-in process a bit to make sure customers thoroughly understand their rental contract - it might annoy people to take the extra time, but it's worth it to avoid far bigger problems if customers claim they weren't told about their rental conditions.

The only thing that would the driving easier would be the sun shield on drivers’ side of the truck. It was missing. Thank you for everything - great experience, otherwise.

yansy kenvironment fee of 2.00$ really? a safe trip fee of 5$.if it's a safe trip shouldn't that be a 5$ refund.i put just a little over on the gas for the unit.and still got charged for 16lts.buy the biggest insult is the 25$ cleaning fee.herws why while I was waiting for store to open I used my own vehicle supplies and gave it a once over.cauae the visibility through the windshield was gross.i even scrubbed everything in the cap.i even used an old t-shirt of mine to sweep out the box of van .even tho u didn't haule anything but household goods and being charged 65 miles when I did a lonely trip from the shop to be moved .8.4km to site9.2km to storage site. so obviously they got me confused with another customer.NOW ITS TIME THEY MAKE IT RIGHT.off to the uhaul atore to get my redunm
david gFriendly, helpful, flexible, informative service. For instance he didn't mind when I changed the pickup time by an hour, and when I forgot to return the dolly that night because it was late and I was tired, he was fine with me dropping it off the next time. They were so helpful overall, in fact, that I booked another truck for the next day.
