Trailer did not work, had to get another from other location. Did not explain how to open tire well to gain access. Springs were worn out to the point that it was impossible to gain access to car (tire on trailer prevented opening of door).

This U haul was Located at a convience store where we talked to someone over the phone to secure the truck. It was difficult to do it at this store with no verbal credit card privacy as convience store customers came and went making noise adding to the difficulty and our credit card privacy loss. The interior floor of the truck was muddy and a headlight glass was pebble rock punctured and the headlight glass was broken but it did work for us the entire trip -thankfully ! The truck was an awesome mechanical champ coming up the mountain hills to Payson Az pulling a car trailer. It worked perfectly. The oil condition percentage concerned me at 14% and it stayed on 14% the entire trip - so I question if that oil sensor was working. It was easy to drive but I didn’t like the mirrors or the lower blind spot mirrors. They aren’t adjustable. Not good.

They were wonderful except they said they would resolve the pad count, took our payment, then did not resolve it so now we are being billed so i would not recommend them. I will never rent from uhaul again because we told your phone team about the pads and the drop off location said it would be adjusted and now we have to hassle with you over it when the drop off location left them in the mud instead of inside the truck which was unlocked.

I first reserved a 10 ft truck at the location on Rainbow. I had to change to this location day-of because there was no parking available. Also, my reservation kept changing—I would confirm the 10 ft truck, and then twice when I check on my reservation it had changed to a 15 ft truck and I had to change it back. If there’s not a 10 ft truck available don’t sneakily change my reservation to a 15 ft.

Make the location easy to find, put signs on the door regarding hours and the fact that the AM/PM is a pickup point. Don't sell locations to people who were not born in this country and think it's OK to be late and make promises they don't keep. I was told by two different people that I would get a $50 credit because this reservation was so messed up. I never saw it. Someone needs to call me. I am very upset.
