Easy to find.

Johanna VThe equipment was not equipped to be secured (locked) to the vehicle. Hence the trailer was stolen in Pueblo, CO. I was able to find the trailer about a quarter mile from the hotel from where it was stolen. All the contents were removed. I then returned the trailer four days early at a location in Pueblo. I had contacted U-Haul about the theft and tried to contact the neighborhood by their local number four times and each time the call rolled to the national call center. Each time I explained the situation and six days after the trailer was supposed to be turned in, Keylan in the call center was able to address the outstanding issue. Bottom line U-Haul by not allowing the trailer to be locked to the automobile aided the theft of the trailer and loss of contents and your poor operations added frustration of the situation. I would not recommend U-Haul at this time. There needs to be some accountability to the neighborhood stores to answer their phones and focused on customer service.
Richard HLot was dark, not well lit. Location was small and very crowded with no room to safely back in a trailer without having to pull across and block a busy road. I didn't feel safe at this drop off point for numerous reasons.

Gene GGreg and his lovely wife worked around my schedule to get me the trailer i needed, he hooked it up and i was in and out in no time at all, he runs the uhaul out of a very busy body shop but took the time to make sure the trailer was set up correctly and when i dropped it off it was an easy deal great place to do business and they have 4 very cool kitties there also, great rental experience

David SWould have been better to be able to rent a larger truck. The 15" required too many trips but going to a location farther away wasn't really an option.
Gretchen LTook an hour for the app to allow us to pick up. Then the engine sounded like it was going to blow up. On the way to pdx we has a flat that took 3 hours to get fixed. Really not satisfied

Gretchen KGreg was professional and helped us find the trailer we needed for out giant camping trip. Reservation and hook up was a snap, return was prompt and cost less than budgeted. Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks for the great service Greg!
Chris sSight was very junky and didn't look like a rental location. Persons wife was there cause he was sick( understandable) but didn't know what to do or where to put it. Luckily I was able to do off hrs drop off online otherwise I would have had to call for new location.

CARL SU-Haul needs to improve on every part of the spectrum. I made a reservation in Houston to have my son moved from Oregon when i arrived there was no truck or tow. I was sent to 3 different locations and no truck or tow was available. Finally when we found a truck they sent us back across Oregon at 6:00pm to get the tow and that place did not have a tow so they sent us to another location at 6:25pm to pick up the tow. Very stressful, not please with the cs rep over the 800 number nor were the reps in person helpful.
Kristopher NGreg was a great guy. Hooked the trailer up for us without us even saying anything and made sure everything was set up ready to go and working.

leilani bThe person I had previously talked to on the phone said that the card I used to reserve the van was just a hold. The person at this site also stated that it was a hold. But, as it turns out, I was charged ASAP on a card that I was not prepared to use for the full amount. I don't see it as the site person's fault, but it sure did cause me a lot of problems because it took from money that was already set to pay bills.
Julie RThe owner has his dogs in the shop. I was ok with it, but not all customers will be ok with dogs barking at their feet and licking them. He seemed like he does not do many pickups there and seemed unorganized. It took him quite a while to find the drop off location.

tesa wWhen a customer reserves a truck at a specific location don't have them waste an hour and a half of their time to get it from a location that is further from their place. I was not happy that I had to drive to Jefferson to pick up the truck. It should have been moved to the location near where I needed it. This was a huge waste of time for me.

Kimberly WI reserved a 26 ft. Truck They said there would be no problems getting it. When I showed up to get it I got a 20ft and a 5x8 trailer instead. I was told a 26ft trailer couldn't be located and the 5x8 trailer was the only one avail as well. I did not get everything into the uhaul's. I had to leave several items; Freezer, table chairs etc. I have multiple witnesses. Both the truck and trailer were packed tightly and were full. The cubic feet lost was greatly needed. I gave the items away to friends value probably around 1,000 dollars. I'm 900 miles away now so the chances of getting them are slim. Then Uhsul dinged me 90 bucks because the Truck that had less than half a tank when I picked it up didn't have that exact amount of fuel. I will never use Uhaul again and will recommend everyone I know to do the same.
Jim ROwner was not very knowledgeable about how to best assemble and use certain packing products, such as the flat-panel tv box we requested. He also seemed somewhat unfamiliar with how to make alterations to an order (we were concerned we might have underestimated the size of truck needed, and might need to make two trips, so we asked if we could extend the number of miles allotted - owner could not definitively say whether this was possible.)
