They do not honor the 1st month free AT ALL I tried several locations in Mesa, AZ the district leader from this area does not honor the free month not sure why but after paying and driving all the way to Arizona it would have been nice to have the free month. INSTEAD I had to find another storage place

ROBERT WI got switched to this location after being offered an incentive to change. I asked if I had a problem would there be someone to talk to at the location, was told yes. However, the pickup was for Saturday and this location is closed on Saturday. Had problems with the wordlock and had to call for help. To date, the $50 credit and 15% discount has not shown up anywhere and the call center says they have no notes on it. I have spent an hour today trying to talk to someone at the 480-899-1461 location. Not happy, considering a Better Business Bureau complaint because of the incentive ripoff.

Micheal KThe windows handles were to low had to bend over and take my eyes of the road to open or close,power windows needed.Gas millage was terrible and ride was very hard
