Very tricky money grab to first quote me $34 then hit me with a $66 bill. Convenience /service fee (when I served myself and they did nothing for my convenience). I didn't know a $20 additional fee would be assessed because that was in the last sentence in a very long automated text, and I was busy moving. Thinking Penske next time.

The initial reservation was only about 2 miles from my house which is why I selected that location. However, when I arrived at the requested pick up location, the app said I was at the wrong the location and I needed to go to another place which was more than 7 miles away... I was charged for the mileage from the new location and it was VERY inconvenient and put us about 30 minutes behind schedule.

The inside of the truck was dirty. Cup holder was dirty and looks like it was spilt. Found whoever rented before their lil girls dirty underwear, water bottle and crumbs.

U-Haul canceled my reservation at the time I was scheduled to pick it up. Luckily they found me a truck (not the size I requested) and it ended up being at a different location. The person working the desk was impatient and frustrated with me. Not happy with U-Haul.

I think it would be helpful to always send out the rental vehicle with a FULL tank of gas, rather than a fractional tank that you have to match when you return it.

Pick up and drop off was easy. Several website glitches so reservations were made and cancelled unknowingly and pick up point was also changed. Glad I happened to call UHAUL 800# the night before. Also, I like having a paper contract to look at, especially when traveling across country with spotty cell service. I didn't get any paperwork at all... not even by email or text.

When I showed up to the place, my rental wasn't prepared or ready for me to use. The truck was unlocked, passenger window was left down, there was snow all over the inside, and both the inside and outside of the windshield were frozen. The lady working the front desk came out with a snow scraper and said that we might need it. I feel my rating would be better for this facility had my rental been prepped and ready to go. This facility needs to revisit what customer satisfaction actually looks like!

My encounter with the staff was not great. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed the sign on the door that informed Uhaul customers there would be a $20 fee if the truck was not backed into the specific spot. When I went to return the truck there were a lot of cars in the parking area and I was not confident that I could back in the truck without causing damage to the truck or surrounding vehicles so I just pulled it into a spot and did the return truck check. The lady at the store came out of the store yelling at me because I didn't back the truck into the spot. I explained to her why and apologized for the inconvenience. Then she told me to just lay the keys on the ground and she'd get them so she could move the truck. When I handed the keys to her she let out this huge sigh and said, “That's fine I guess.” I don't appreciate being yelled at for trying to protect your property, it was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with Uhaul and it makes me not want to rent with you all again. I know I definitely will not rent from that location again.

Got a phone call stating to park on the North side of the building when the U-Haul was being dropped off. I parked on the North side of the building, as instructed. Then a lady approached me and told me I needed to park at the front of the building on the North side of the parking lot, with a bit of an attitude. Once I corrected the parking situation, the U-Haul app told me to take the key to lock box 5, which would be unlocked, insert the key, and jumble the combination. Lock box 5 was locked and I had no way of unlocking it. Lucky the lady was on site to give me the code, which she was very hesitant to do. Either way, what if someone was screwed over with no help on a weekend and had to pay an extra day because the lock box wasn't unlocked as said by the U-Haul app? Either way, disorganized and not-so-great customer service.

Female was rude. I was charged $20 for bringing truck back after hours. Truck return due on Friday the 26th and the were closed all day. I brought it back when it was due but it's my fault they were closed and I was charged $20? Not cool and it doesn't make sense. I do not recommend this location, at least for returns.

Don't allow uhaul employees to "troubleshoot" a tail light issue. Making the customers truck not even start and then reccomend that the customer goes to the employees friends shop a couple doors down!

The vehicles were too close together, I couldn't 2cen get in the driver's side because of how close the vehicles were together.

We were given 73 miles from pick up to drop off but our total trip was 70 miles. We were told we could drop off at any location closest to our new home. However, we went to that location, which was a mile away, and they stated it was $699 to drop it off at any location and stated dispatch put us at a location 45 minutes away! So we were then charged $90 in mileage charges to drop off at what location I haul chose. Be careful with uhaul- they are scam artists.
