No paperwork was given, the. Truck wasn’t walked with me and I was over charged. The truck was filthy had coke spilled all over the seats and console. Only had half a tank of gas. The back door was hard to get up and down. It was horrible And this is for the pick up location. Drop off he wouldn’t walk it with me just said I’ll check it in and again I was over charged I have the pictures of mileage and gas

This location charged me for gas when I returned the uhaul with more gas than it started. I requested a refund on my receipt and never heard anything back.

the Gear shifter was sloppy and wobbled around, truck rattled on the Interstate, truck used alot of gas, the gas gauge was unreliable, We started trip with 5/8 of a tank of gas returned truck with a full tank of gas because the gas Gauge wasn't working properly

The price for my in town move was literally almost the same as my move over 400 miles. Not happy about that at all. Will never use uhaul again. With that being said, the staff at the Rendon location were fantastic. Smile on their face, professional, and really made it a great experience.

The light cable was three feet short to reaching my trck. Had to urchase extender car for $25 to make lights work. Not happy with that resolution.

the electronic information / site used to take pictures is unreliable AT BEST. it took us 8 or 9 attempts to get the uhaul site to accept identification photos... and the photos were perfectly readable in each instance... your site just refused to accept them.
