I drove 13 miles, filled the tank, and it took almost 4 gallons. Uhaul owes me about $6 for gas I didn't use. The side mirror was broken but not marked with an x so I had to return to the store to have it documented.

Make sure the person working at the register at the I haul desk knows how to take a cash deposit, he tried to call for help and no one answered leaving me standing there for half an hour waiting for him to try to figure it out. Finally someone came to help cause he had no clue what he was doing. Also the truck had a place for a ramp but it was missing which made loading the truck a little difficult.

The truck was dirty And especially during covid I would think it would have been clean and sanitized. The truck was not even at the location so I had to drive somewhere else. For the price I would expect to be treated kindly and the truck clean an have an easy process and this did not happen I was very disappointed. An I rent from U-Haul often

Reserved a truck weeks in advance and did not have my truck. Wanted to push back the time when I was already moving. Unacceptable.

Would of been better to have the trucks on site and not a lot down the road. Also would of been nice if when you select the location through online process that did inform you of this fact and to arrive early in order to acquire the keys before the store closes.

This location is incorrect, causing me wasted time. By the time I already input the mileage and has and went to drop off the keys the people at Ace Hardware informed me I had to drive elsewhere to return the vehicle. Awful, terrible and will never use again.

I rented a cargo van to pick up a couch. The van smells absolutely disgusting. It smells like a horse barn. Whoever rented before did absolutely horrible job cleaning it.

Service representative was slow and not prepare even though we had spoke via the telephone twice the morning of pickup. Truck cab was only semi-clean. I expected it to be sanitized during these Covid-19 times.

When I first reserved the van I was told to do it on my phone. That was a disaster. I could not get a code for a lock box to get the key. Your costumer service Sucks do bad I can't even explain. I was supposed to have the van at 9 and that never happened. I was on hold then nobody could help me. I ended up going into the store and I was helped on the spot. That was nice. But the bitter taste of sub par costumer service on the phone will stop Me from ever using U-Haul ever again. What if I had an emergency and was on hold for 40 min. Unacceptable.
