The agent we met was kind and thoughtful. She met us on time, in the morning after a snowstorm. She had the truck started and warming up when we arrived. They have a comfortable office in which to meet. The truck seemed well maintained. It had a full tank of gas. It actually got fairly good gas mileage. There were a few minor dirty things left in the truck from previous use like sun flower seeds on the floor under the driver seat, but overall it seemed clean.

I originally reserved a 20' truck and was contacted two days before my pickup date and was told they needed the 20' truck for someone else. I was offered a 17' truck instead. I thought it would be good enough so I agreed. The following day I was contacted again and was told they needed the 17' truck for another customer and offered me a 15' truck instead. I said absolutely not and was left with the 17' truck. I'm annoyed that my reservation isn't as good as someone else's reservation and I'm annoyed that I was offered a trucker smaller than the one I needed. Which by the way the 17' truck was not big enough for what I needed.

I love the storage facility, no problems there. The office manager even came in very early to help me pick up my truck. Too bad that was because Uhaul was zero help at all.

this location charged more than any other uhaul ive ever had, made me get a smaller truck than I wanted and charged a fortune in miles. said I could drop off in a closer location like I have always done with Uhaul but when I went to do it, they said it was an extra $190! and made me drive more miles and gas back to their location on a holiday!

Didn't have the right truck, Not locations fault. Got a credit. Truck I did get was smaller and VERY dirty. Inside was gross. Photos in the "walk through" were not recent. Hard to specify what is damaged on the truck when there is no option.

First. I declined the insurance but they charged me anyway, i ordered an appliance dolly, which wasnt on the truck and i literally sat for 2 hours at a stand still until a random neighbor helped me with my couch, then, i never received my.$43 dollar refund, so, it still had charged $100 to my account. So. The truck worked fine, though the brakes were bad. But i still got moved. Just kinda bummed paying extra and not even getting what, i ordered in advance
