Female was rude, acted completely bothered that we had to disturb her, and the office smelt like dog urine. I have never had this type of experience from Uhaul before, because if I had, I would never return. Next, the truck - everytime we hit a bump in the road, the dash board would flicker- speed would either go up or down. The powersteering went out 100 miles out of Missoula and the two wire cords on the back end snapped.

Ronald TDuring pickup, truck was not parked in the location indicated on the website but it wasn’t too difficult to find. Just had to walk to another side of the facility. Overall a great experience. The website made it easy to reserve, pickup, and return.

Scott MI have rented different rental trucks with my family. Rented U-Haul the last couple of times myself. This is the first time I had such a feeling that I was the most important customer they ever had. They were wonderful. The office is ran by 2 woman mother and daughter Great team, funny and helpful ladies. I will be using them again.

Louis WWe were charged twice for this rental. When we tried to have it fixed, not only did this location give us bored and uncaring attitudes, we were sent to other equally unhelpful people to try and get the problem worked out. Nobody returned our calls, and we were given incorrect phone numbers to try and get help from. We worked for two weeks trying to get it resolved. Ultimately they did nothing for us and we had to take the problem up with the bank. Customer service here is not a priority.
Natasha` OHave the keys ready to go instead of waiting for them to find them for 15 min. It would be nice have the trucks cleared of any snow and ice and not have to wait in the car 15 minutes to defrost. Or at least have a brush and scraper.

richard bThe individuals who work at the Grand Teton Storage are poor representatives of Uhaul. My key was not available during my scheduled pickup time and I had to wait to receive my key from the unkind woman who appeared so disgusted that I bothered her after hours to retrieve my key. When I was returning my truck, a different woman attended me and stated that Uhaul services were closed for the day and rudely told me that all I needed to do is use my phone to return the keys and that there was no need to come in.

steve hIt's frustrating how many times you have to opt out of their insurance coverage. No means no U-Haul. Stop trying to force yourself on people. Also when I say I don't want a hand cart or moving blankets remove them from the truck so they don't waste space where I could otherwise fit additional items.
Ty CI dropped the truck off after putting the gas gauge higher than I had got it. When they checked it in they added $7 to my bill. I called the person (Lora) who checked it in and said maybe she did not run it long enough and she should recheck. She refused to double check if she made a mistake. Best case Lora is lazy and unhelpful, worst case is she is deliberately overcharging people.
