The air conditioner was not working properly. If you are driving under 45 mpg the air was cool, once you got up to 55 or 60 the truck was blowing warm air.

PAULERIK S.The location I picked up my truck was excellent, but I got the run around from U-haul. This location was the 3rd location I had to go to get my truck, The first location which was the closest to my home was not allowed to give me the truck on-site because their district manager wouldn't let them even though they worked it out for me to get the truck. I called and made reservations 3 weeks before. The regional manager said that a $50 deposit was made to hold the truck and how can that be if I rented the truck in advance. The Lee Transportation business went to great lengths to make sure I had the truck and was super nice about it, but the regional manger wouldn't let them. This type of business practice shouldn't be allowed if u-haul wants to serve their customers.

Mary B.Grand rental was great to work with. I originally reserved the trailer out of Eastover nc when I arrived, the trailer was not there and provided very little assistance. I called around and finally found one at grand rental in Clinton- they were great to work with. It is poor service to reserve and not provide at location intended, no phone call, no email, no notice whatsoever.
