The check in was easy seamless. Staff were helpful checking in and out would rent here again

Juan CYes I was happy with the overall service, but was not pleased with the final billing as I didn't use all the mileage and still was billed for it. 26 miles at $ 1.92 per mile $49.92 May not much to you but, What do you think?

KAREN BI don't use U-haul regularly however this was by far the best experience I have had when renting a truck. It was accurate, efficient and the process was smooth. Thank you Grand Convenience!!
CALVIN ATruck was not filthy but it was not exactly clean. It had dirty spots that didn't bother me but I was afraid I would get blamed for the uncleanliness. Overall I thought the customer service was good, it was a quick exchange, and parking was easy.
SHAUN MI returned the truck with the same gas but they still charged me extra $23 for gas.

The staff were very nice and made sure everything was good to go.They were also u derdtanding when i was a few minutes late reyurning the truck. I will definitely use this location again and recommend to friends.
