The lady of the establishment told me that I have to deliver the truck in the same place where I rent it so that I do not pay extra charge. I think this made me pay more for mileage because I have to drive back to return the truck. I am very disappointed.

First of all I attempted to return my truck via the uhaul app & I repeatedly received error messages. Then I go inside to find out that the location I was sent to, to return my uhaul had a full lot. I couldn’t drop it off anywhere else because I would be charged a fee. I spent an hour arguing with the owner of the store(because she refused to take the keys to the truck) & speaking to customer service. I eventually took the necessary pictures to prove where I was leaving the uhaul & that it was in perfect condition. I had a very long day of moving & did not appreciate at all this hassle to return the truck. I had a 2 hour drive home & this was very inconvenient. This was my first time ever using uhaul services & this will be my last after this horrible experience. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me about my return.

He didn't want to take the uhaul truck because he can't take more than 5 truck at a time. He told me to go to main street location amd drop there but he was rude and lie because told me they were open but they were not so I offended and left the truck there. He get pissed off told me I will pay for this. When Uhaul can it will cost me a lot to be smart

The lock that was on the truck was so old and it was basically stuck in the actual code. Also it took me 15 min to unlock it twice. Then when I returned it the lady at the return place couldn’t open it and don’t have the code to open it so she called me to yell at me that it was my fault.

The staff was very friendly and for last minute reservation they help me to get a truck

The person handling the uhaul opened up late so I didnt get my truck until 1040am even though i made a reservation for 10am. Then she was in the process of giving the truck to someone else when I got there. Thank goodness I had a reservation. Then when I returned the truck she refused to sign the form stating the truck was returned in good condition.

The guy was very unhelpful even that we brought some furniture and clothing to donate because is a thrifty store and the woman that was supposed to check us out was very rude she was in the phone doing something and she never said a word to us and I asked her is everything ok? She said yes you will receive an email with the confirmation I never did because when I called today they had a wrong email very bad customer service!!!

I was charged for two dollies when I never received any with my truck. I notified support and nothng was ever done about it. I was still charged the amount for the dollies. There was no Box Key at the location. I had to leave the key in the truck because I could not come back the next day. Poor customer service skills by employees.

Arrived at 9am. Front door was open and lights were out with no employees on site. Employees at 920- website said they were open at 9. Do not recommend.
