Victor PThe lock box was rusty and hard to open. The truck was one click above empty, so we had to get gas right away. The driver mirror wobbles, so every time we hit a bump on i4 it moved and we would have to roll down the window while driving to fix it. Hate the fact that there isn't a ramp on this truck. Other than that pick up and drop off was easy.
Kala MLocation was excellent. The problem was having to have 10 people verify on the phone that I could rent a U-Haul. I’ve rented many times, you don’t need to call everyone in my contact list to verify I’ll return the U-Haul.

Marta MThe process to check in it's VERY complicated. The App is not easy to use, there are steps in the process when you don't know what to do. Is not easy to follow. There is a lack of understanding in the process. The process to check in it could have been in minutes but took me half an hour.

RONALD PI was on a time crunch and needed to be fast. I thought I'd walk in or just show up and click "go" but at the moment I needed to go is when I got inundated with questions, verification and a wait that seemed extraordinarily unnecessary. I would have been a whole lot cooler if this had all been done the day before or at the moment of booking or with a fair warning to show up 20 minutes earlier. In the end it just didn't help the web interface kept getting in the way. I remember just being upset about the whole process.
Victor GI was charged for furniture pads (5) which I did not order, the truck was not in good shape. The person at the store was not very helpful or new how to correct the charge to my card. Which in fact still has not been corrected. The entire experience with U-Haul was not a good one. Was sent to several different places to get the truck. I had always like U-Haul in the past, but it has changed .

gerardo rThe experience was not good at all. 30 minutes before picking up the truck, you sent me a change of address to pick up the truck. When I got to the new place, the truck keys weren't there and they had to send me somewhere else. When am I going to pick up? The truck charged me a higher amount than I had in the budget, it really is irresponsible, I had to move early and I almost lost the whole morning

Keith PWhen I got there, the lady was kind of rude. she gave me the key to the truck, and when I took the truck and I drove to the location to pick up my stuff when I open the back cargo area. It was full of roaches. I had to go buy a roach spray and spray the whole truck and wait. in order for me to load all my stuff into the truck.
