I was unaware that there was a building near the U-Haul lot that had additional lockboxes. It would be helpful for things to be more clearly marked and communicated in the app/emails. The app did not provide me with a code for the lockbox, either. I spent about an hour trying to gain access before the customer service agent was able to help me.

The read door to the van has a bad sensor, so there was a light on the dashboard saying open, plus a message each time you go into the van saying "right read door is ajar," which was not the case. Also when driving it on the highway, I noticed that the vehicle pulls to the right. There may be a alignment issue. Other than that everything was great.

brian peltonFirst truck they gave to me , had indicator for low air Tire pressure. The second truck they gave me after I loaded the stuff from the storage facility the battery went dead. I called them to let them know and they said they could not do anything about it because I did not purchase the additional roadside assistance package, and so I called my own personal AAA that I had to give me a jump start, so that I can continue taking my belongings to my final destination. Had no idea that a dead battery was my responsibility . I made sure that I did not turn off the vehicle, if not the battery would have gone dead again. Upon my return, which was after hours the U-Haul app was not working so I had to take photos and send the odometer and fuel information through an email through the customer service support.

Kahl FaulandIt is difficult to return trailers to the site because one must back it up drown a road and then turn twice to get it into place but the worst thing is the dangerous path between the trailer return lot and office. I fell while going down the path and completely separate my left quad muscle. To repair the damage, it took an operation and eight weeks of wearing a brace.

Brad RushWhoever had the van before me had their dog all over the seats. If I had allergies, I would be very angry. As it was, I h ad to take a roller and defur the driver's seat. U-Haul needs to give Goodway more vans. They are very difficult to come by at this location. I let the guys of Goodway know: Neither the heater nor the A/C fan worked. 2) There was a stabilizer service warning sign lit up on the dashboard.

Michael SchneiderWanted 5 by 8 trailer. Reserved it. Two days before was told the trailer for in town use was 3 hours away. Ridiculous. Had to rent cargo van with smaller area and $107 cost vs $20. That is unacceptable. Vehicle even though it had only 6051 miles it was dirty and stabltrak light was on. Heater didn’t work as well it was 34 degree

First we rented the 5x8, but when we went out to hitch it up, although labeled a 5x8, it was definitely a 4x6. I'm 5'4 and my wingspan was just short of the length of it. We had to upgrade to a box truck. The truck felt unsafe. The transmission struggled a lot, especially on our mountain roads

So glad to have trailers available to rent locally again! (HOA won't allow trailer storage on property and I only need to haul things 1-2 times/year anyways) I was impressed. The lady who got me set up even had me fix the wiring on my truck's flat 4 plug (known issue that I've been successfully ignoring for far too long) so the trailer lights worked properly before she would let me leave with the trailer - appreciate the attention to safe use. Thanks for a great experience! I'll definitely be back.

Ann-Marie SandquistTerrible experience including your dispatch team threatening to cancel my truck reservation while I was picking it up, being told to drive 4-hours to get a different truck from another location, lying about a conversation with dispatch where I was accused of threatening physical harm to one of your employee's, being left on hold for long periods of time with no warning, side mirrors on the truck didn't work properly and are dangerous. It was an extremely stressful experience, and I can't imagine ever renting from U Haul again and will tell all my friends to go somewhere else.

JOSE MARTINEZI had to drive from Leadville to Silverthorne to pick up the vehicle. The location is difficult to find in Silverthorne. The van did not have any windshield washer fluid in it and I had to pay a premium price for a gallon. The cost was over $6.00. The staff at the location was very nice. I had to figure out how to park in a gravel lot without instructions and walk down a hill to the office.
Paul EverittIt was an odd drop off location. There wasn't anyone there to accept the returned equipment. The return was done by taking photos. The location was easy to find with Google maps. No issues, just different than my usual UHaul experience.
