Truck was old and box was clean but compartment was smelly with sticky / dirty steering wheel. Hard to drive like that. Seemed sitting on garbage pile. Never had this kind of experience with u-haul before. Location is is convenient, customer service was good too. Thanks AJ

This was not my original pick up or size of truck I scheduled over 2 weeks in advance for a 26ft Tru k to be picked up in Burien WA. 2 days before my scheduled pickup I was called to tell me they didn't have one. Then when they found one at another location they scheduled it for me to pick it up at 8am on the scheduled morning I got a text that said my truck would be.ready at 2pm for pick up. Not as requested I ended up at Kent and a 20 ft not the original 26ft

Have the equipment I specifically ordered online (ie an appliance dolly) on location, rather than send me to go and pick one up from the U-Haul depot 10 minutes away.

Damage and issues with the identical vehicle that was rented two months ago had still not been addressed, and now minor new issues were added to a report (by me) when the vehicle was returned to the same in-town rental facility. All minor issues in the big picture, but simple things that customers would see and be frustrated with: low fluid indicator lamp for windshield solvent; missing manual scissor jack: weatherseal at the bottom of the driver's side doorway was dangling because a set of anchoring clips had been sheared off by feet typically stepping through while ingress/egress the vehicle; missing wheel cover on rear right rim - all on a vehicle with less than 6000 miles on the odometer. Previously (two months ago), the engine oil was low on the dip stick and dark; the tire pressure was high in the front tires (by 15-20 psi) as well as the tire pressure was low in the rear tires (by 15-20 psi) and the ride was affected (on a relatively new vehicle with just over 4000 miles on the odometer). The vehicle fulfilled my short-term needs. I just want the next customer to have a totally positive experience. I like to leave the vehicle in better condition than when I accepted it at the start of the rental, so my feedback is one way of doing that - short of buying windshield washer solvent or oil for the engine (unknowns: regular or synthetic?/viscosity range?) or using a compressor to adjust the tire pressure. Truck was not cleaned. Fuel tank was down to less than 1/4. Agent said they had trailer wire adapter but could not find it. I had to purchase my own.

There were only two spots to park a uHaul and they weren't marked as such, so we had to ask a small car to move so we could park there... seemed like there should be a sign.

Boat sales and service staff at Gonnason's were not enthused to address issues with the rental U-Haul cargo van's addressed issues: tire pressure was off (20 psi high in both front tires and 20 psi low in both rear tires according to the data on the vehicle's door frame); vehicle with less than 5000 miles on its odometer had dark oil and registered as behind "one quart" low per the wiped dip stick; diagnostics on the instrument panel repeatedly indicated insufficient windscreen washer fluid - though the sprayers did pump fluid when I needed it during my extended rental from April 12th - April 23rd. I noticed that there had been recent damage to the right rear bumper's trim, that the right rear wheel was missing its decorative plastic wheel cover, and that the scissors Jack was missing from its packaged location under the passenger's seat. I did spy a non-OEM bottle Jack residing behind the driver's seat of the cargo van. I used the vehicle only in the village of Kent during the extended use, so I was not worried about breakdown issues especially with the newness of the rental. Thanks for inquiring of my feedback.

I tried pumping gas in the truck but it started leaking. I called the place I rented but they were rude when I let them know about the issue at hand. I would never go back here and I would warn my friends not to go here ever.

I wasn't sure where to go in, it seems the biz owns the whole block and multiple entrances were available. After a loop around the block we opted to park the rig amongst others and walk back to any door. A nice fellow must have seen us loop and was headed out to meet us before we got back to the building after parking. He checked mileage, shook hands and offered a smile as he pronounced us "done". Easy, timely, pleasant.

I had no issues with my rental and the staff at the facility we're helpful and friendly. I think the rate on the trailer rental was fair, less than the orange box home improvement store by half. Plus, I could not rent a covered trailer at the other store. We moved new furniture in this situation and it did rain on the 100+ mile drive home.

When I returned the truck. The girl did not allow me to come inside and pay my extra day. And now they're trying to charge me $149. For what I don't know but I'm not paying it.
