Sam MBe more specific on where the key box is. When it said that it was at the main entrance of the facility, I went to the front door. The key box is actually at the entrance to the parking lot of the facility

VANESSA DThe computer update was not taking my information so the attendant had to ask me 3 times for my information. My name was misspelled on my email copy. That made me feel I wasn't that important as a consumer.
Linda VVehicle smelled terribly of smoke from prior rental. It really was overwhelming. Need to ensure that vehicles are properly cleaned and sanitized between customers. The rental was switched from a face to face pick up on pass road to an industrial complex and moved to a self check-out. This was done without coordination with the customer.

Deborah BWhen I arrived no one was there to receive the receive the trailor. A supervisor at the business location (Goldin Metals, Gulfport, MS), who was not with UHaul said to park it and I would get an email from the UH rep. Six later and still no email.
JAMES RStaff was super nice and friendly but was not properly trained to attached hitch and ball joint to my car or to the trailer, so I had to go to the regular UHAUL 10 mins away with the trailer for them to put it on correctly

Ryan CI had to go back to the drop off location to check in my return online. It was a learning experience for me. Perhaps I missed something in the reading. Maybe make the return directions a tad more obvious. The staff was great and the trailer was clean and functioned properly. Not "complaining", just giving feedback. Thanks.
