Overall experience was ok. No problems on the road. However there was a little fender damage and the owner duct taped it and thankfully it held. Also ball lock/latch was bent. Again I was thankful it held. When we dropped trailer off in Houghton Lake on Saturday they couldn't believe the people sent me out that way.

I am not the kind of person to complain for not reason. Really bad experience, do not come to this location, not recommended. Manager came 45 minutes late, he came didn’t apologize but provided excuses. Offer to take care of me with a discount and I was ok with that on the bill but never did. He tried to play dumb and the finally stated the system seem to be down. Unacceptable, this place should not be in business.

The cab was filthy and stunk of cigarettes. We had to clean and deodorize it before I could use it to make my move. There was still trash in the cab from the previous renter. It took for ever to get checked in and be on my way. They were very unorganized. I’ll never use this location again.

One side of the trailer had tail lights that were not working. Instead of offering a solution, the gentleman jokingly told me that I hopefully won't get pulled over because it's during the day. Their hours were listed as being open from 8 AM and when I arrived at 8:45 AM, the facility was closed and the customer service agent advised me to drop off the trailer on the sidewalk as it was the only place with space left (others dropped off entire box trucks outside their gate and blocked the area). So because they were not open when they were supposed to be, it was also considered an after-hours dropoff and costs more money.

Noah was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The 5x8 trailer we used was very good, but 1 of the 4 taillights didn’t work. I thought the price was good. Overall, I’d give Uhaul 9 out of 10 for customer service, and an 8 out of 10 for quality of equipment.

After hours drop off: the yard is closed after hours and there is very little room to park outside the gate without blocking the way in. I was able to squeeze a 26' with an unhinged car towing dolly in a tight space, but I feel about the guy that came after me.

U-Haul trucks are next to impossible to get out , due to the amount of used cars that don't run. Would not suggest using this pick up location

Never heard of this drop off location!! The location I dropped off at in Columbia, SC never processed my return and rented the trailer that got dropped off in Zephrhills, FL. I was grossly overcharged.

Super friendly, made transaction very simple. Assisted and guided with hooking up trailer to truck, made sure I was comfortable, and told me exactly where to leave it since it was after hours. Did not realize this location was there until a recent driveby, will be using them again! Thank you!

I brought the truck back with the recommended amount of fuel and they charge me for two additional gallons of fuel to me was unacceptable. The location was closed I lock the truck put the key in the lock box code I got an email saying that they charged me for additional gas

need someone care about the business and not to try to steal the customers and put some cameras to know when people drop the rental and not use he’s imagining when people was arriving , really you need honest people to work in your location , never go there again and never recommend for any one

Was told the location opened at 9a but no one showed up until after 19a. We had to leave and go and buy a connector for the lights. The people were really nice but the property was overgrown and looked abandoned. Junk cars everywhere and weeds growing up the steps and on porch.

This is the 3rd time to deal with Khaled in returning 1-way trailer rentals. Every time he does a very professional and courteous job in unhooking the trailer and promptly completing the paperwork. This time he went above and beyond in his assistance because I had rented 24 furniture pads from the originating U-Haul branch which I did not need, so I was issued its refund (Reference Number: 604162918); however, the system did not remove that line item from the contract, so Khaled did all the necessary research to trace it back and properly remove it. Thank you so much :)

Need more space for parking when after hours. Gate was lock. couldn’t parked the truck and trailer in front of the gate had to park the truck trailer cross the street. Not, cool!

No one was there at 3:00 in the afternoon. Had to leave the truck outside a fence and we passed 2 very nice uhaul places to drop it off at this dump
