I will not be recommending or using this location again for any of my Uhaul needs in the future. They will nickel and dime your pocket. We were told the daily rate and the per mile information, as well as the penalty for not refilling the gas but what was not disclosed is the 25.00 cleaning fee and a charge for 26 for fuel? Still trying to figure that out because the 20 foot trailer that we rented and filled up with gas upon return. It was also explained that a green zip tie would be on the back of the truck on the dolly and shipping blankets and if the tie was broken we would be charged for the use. The only problem….neither the shipping blankets or the dolly had these ties on them when we inspected the truck. I will admit fault in not notifying them about this upon pickup but we did advise upon return. Unfortunately the lady in the office wasn't surprised. While we advised the dolly was used but the shipping blankets were not (you could tell the blankets hadn't been used because they were still folded and in tact) we were still charged! The location is ok….not much area to pull around and it is easy to miss the driveway. The people there are nice enough but the original wait to pick up was a little long. There was only one lady working as you saw a younger and older man standing outside having a conversation while she was the only one helping the 4 people waiting with the phone ringing off the hook. This place unprofessional and will hit you with hidden fees….BEWARE!

The guys at this facility went above and beyond to help me get the trailer that we would need however we ended up not using the trailer so we returned it that night which all went smoothly! But the full amount is still showing on my bank account and it has been a week since it was returned.
This is my third time renting from this u-haul store and I will rent again.
