Everything as far as human interaction was great! Only problem was the payment authorization on the computer, it took a half an hour for it to go through after Matt (owner) called two people to get help with it. One of those two people he called was quite rude to him, the traffic lady he called after that was very helpful! Overall I think the other was el friendly and patient!ANTHONYC A.
While the place I got the equipment from was great, the fact that I had to drive over an hour away from my original location to pick up my equipment was a huge inconvenience. My original location was less than 5 minutes from my home. I had made reservations almost over a month before my pick up date and the day before picking it up I get a notification that my location has changed. So this added a larger expense to my move. You would think a big enough corporation like U-Haul would be able to provide some way to get the equipment to the requested pick up location rather than making the customer drive so far to get it.Jason K.

Location was great! Easy to get to and easy to get the U-haul out of. I don't understand why they wait to "approve" you until you get there. Why not get those things out of the way ahead of time? The app also crashed on me, but fortunately you are able to check in over web browser. What do you do about people that don't have smartphones?Michael F.
Wind shield wipers were terriable!!! Had to stop numerous times to wipe off windshield to be able to see through the grime off the road!!! Not to mention the bad tires!!!! It was a good thing we did not have to drive to our destination in any amount of snow!! Even a dusting would have been tretrous !!!! We were stuck in the driveway and had no traction at all in the snow. Not happy at all with the condition of tires and windshield wipers that are 2 important things to have working well. There was also broken glass in the back that we cleaned up as well as we could without a broom. Very very disappointed.Lynette J.

It was very difficult to use the mobile service especially when you don't have good phone reception. It was a very lengthy process for the customer. Please make sure you have a extra 45 minutes when you pick the truck up and drop it off. You will have to basically do everything yourself including taking pictures of the truck. Uhaul is also very expensive to be doing everything yourself. They never seem to have a person working at this location. This made my day very rushed and stressful. I am buying my own truck now so i never have to rent one again. They will also charge you more if you don't follow the long online process correctly. It was terrible.MELISSAANN S.

The app was a pain. I showed up to pickup the vehicle and it took an hour to pick up the box van after hours. Should have asked for my licence and secondary contact when reserving. This delay affected my pickup time on some furnature further adding to my delays which caused me to return the vehicle later than I expected.brian S.

Location had internet and printer problems. Attendant did what he could. He Called a regional rep and left a message. Rep called him right back and talked him through the resolution. Then could not print out the contract when I picked up the vehicle so had to leave without it. Reviewed and okayed all the contract provisions verbally and via email.William L.
I left the gas tank with 3/4 gallon of fuel and took pictures to verify when and where I dropped off the vehicle and noticed there was an additional fee of 27.00 withdrawn from my debit card - I have no idea why - and don't like the idea that someone can withdraw money from my account without contacting me prior and having a conversation.Rosalind S.
They didn't have the uhual at my choice of destination had the drive 1:20 minutes each way to get the uhual the appliances dolly was not in the truck like it was supposed to be. They allowed a few extra miles but they didn't get anything for the inconvenience of the extra gas, my time the inconvenience it was to my movers due to us coming later due to truck be so far away from us.charles B.
Did express pick up and submitted all info online. Pickup took 45 minutes and repeated all paperwork that had been submitted. Drop of was just as clustered.. we ended up doing online after guy was busy on phone.Daniel H.
