I drove all night 800 miles because you sent me a email that a customer was in need at the return location! I was billed until Tuesday the17th for return 13:30 ! You got it back for the required customer on Saturday the 13 th! I busted my arse to assist your reputation and the price stayed the same!!!

Delmi RI was told a certain price and then anything over 40 miles, it would be .79 a mile. I received a receipt where I was charged.79 for every mile and charged $92 on top of the $71 I already paid. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

Barry HBackup light on passenger side was not working, I didn’t notice until we were loading at night. Checks of all lights & signals should be done periodically.
Charla RGood experience. Only concern is that when Is that when I went to deposit the key at night, the key deposit box was left open and I was unable to latch it. Placed the keys inside and took a picture as proof just in case
Jesse HOur experience was great. Pre ordered 3 days ahead, they had what we needed. They hooked the trailer up, and we on our way. Returned it 4-5 hours later, smooth transition. Would recommend.
David TClean vehicle, don’t wait 3 or 4 weeks to charge, and if there is a dispute contact the renter like your message says don’t just say you’ll contact and then charge their account a month later with no contact

Carol DThe only reason I rated a 4 out 5 was my pick up location was changed 5 times the day before having to leave. When I called to confirm my reservation at each location, I was told they didn't have the equipment needed or, in one case that the specific location would, in fact, be closed. That created a lot of additional stress I did not need. I called the HQ and they stated they would give me additional miles to make up for the added stress. I told the rep, I don't need additional miles and if they really wanted to make up for all the aggravation, they could credit me $50 off the bill. They did exactly that. The final pick up location turned out to be great and the gentleman there was wonderful with directing me on how to load my car onto the auto transport. Same with my drop off location. All personnel at both pick up and drop off locations were wonderful!!! Overall, it was great experience. I've never driven a large truck before, nor had I towed anything. I would do it again and I would recommend U-Haul. Thank you.

SABRINA BBest U-Haul location I have dealt with so far. Friendly staff and you can actually get someone on the phone who is at the location as opposed to getting routed to a centralized call station as I experienced with other U-Haul locations.

Larry BHoliday weekend but drop off at 8am like I was suppose to. No one there. Called uhaul number an she said they didn’t open till 9am. Went back @9 an come to find out, they was closed for the whole weekend put key in drop box lock truck up an left. Best service was in Beaumont Texas north of Park Dale Mall !

Jerry HMake sure cab is not dirty inside. Customer before me had smoked inside cab and ashes were every where. There was trash inside as well. Back end still had lock on it so it had not been checked and had some trash in it. Over all the location I rented from were very nice people and easy to get all the information from. Man was great at giving me copies of my papers and explaining them to me. Now my return place that was a different story. Lady would not come check the truck at all. She had to be called 3 times just for me to find out she would not come to business and check in truck. I was very upset with that place and would never recommend that business in Big Spring to anyone. UHaul has always been my first choice but if I leave this town I don’t know I will deal with UHaul if I have to go to that location. Thank you so much.
