The guy was quick and professional, he explained everything to me when he got back from checking the truck and didn't act like I was being a inconvenience.

Carol D.The only reason I rated a 4 out 5 was my pick up location was changed 5 times the day before having to leave. When I called to confirm my reservation at each location, I was told they didn't have the equipment needed or, in one case that the specific location would, in fact, be closed. That created a lot of additional stress I did not need. I called the HQ and they stated they would give me additional miles to make up for the added stress. I told the rep, I don't need additional miles and if they really wanted to make up for all the aggravation, they could credit me $50 off the bill. They did exactly that. The final pick up location turned out to be great and the gentleman there was wonderful with directing me on how to load my car onto the auto transport. Same with my drop off location. All personnel at both pick up and drop off locations were wonderful!!! Overall, it was great experience. I've never driven a large truck before, nor had I towed anything. I would do it again and I would recommend U-Haul. Thank you.

Larry B.Holiday weekend but drop off at 8am like I was suppose to. No one there. Called uhaul number an she said they didn't open till 9am. Went back @9 an come to find out, they was closed for the whole weekend put key in drop box lock truck up an left. Best service was in Beaumont Texas north of Park Dale Mall !

Jerry H.Make sure cab is not dirty inside. Customer before me had smoked inside cab and ashes were every where. There was trash inside as well. Back end still had lock on it so it had not been checked and had some trash in it. Over all the location I rented from were very nice people and easy to get all the information from. Man was great at giving me copies of my papers and explaining them to me. Now my return place that was a different story. Lady would not come check the truck at all. She had to be called 3 times just for me to find out she would not come to business and check in truck. I was very upset with that place and would never recommend that business in Big Spring to anyone. UHaul has always been my first choice but if I leave this town I don't know I will deal with UHaul if I have to go to that location. Thank you so much.

de W.Better customer service. Did not receive a call to let me know they were going to closed the say of the pick until 2 hours before pick up time. I traveled 4 hours to get equipment to load on the trailer and had to spend the night to get the trailer which cost my company extra expense.
