The drop off location is actually not where it says it is. The owner (?) Told us to drop it off down the street in a different parking lot with some other uhauls. This was a different address than the app and the agreement listed.

BRADLEY BThe trailer was clean, however, not well maintained. The cable that runs from the door up to the spring above it was flopping around and the weatherstripping on the driver side of the trailer was coming off. One of the tires was also severely under inflated when I picked it up. There was only 12 psi of air pressure in it, if I hadn't checked this before my trip, I am fairly certain the tire would have blown with the trailer loaded up.

Gregory HDidn't get blankets. No help loading trailer to truck and the poor trailer design does not have a tongue jack which is very unsafe and you can throw back out lifting. Trailer said safety is important but no. Inside trailer very slippery with snow. Should have diamond plate floor.

I-Haul SUCKS and I will NEVER rent from you again EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can go fuck yourself!

MORGAN RI had a hard time finding the office because the "U-haul" sign was very small! But other than that, everything was great!

Noele PI put in over 3 gallons of gas for the 24 miles we put on the truck, but still got charged for more....kinda thought that was wrong??

Kalia MComputer system was slow. He couldn't see my reservation on his computer. He had to call his boss to access my stuff. I downloaded my Drivers License the day before and he didn't see it.
THEODORE HWe pre registered and it took nearly 45 minutes to get into our vehicle that morning anyway. When we finally got the key it was the wrong one. Luckily the owner happened to be in the shop. The truck was dirty with a weeks worth of to go food droppings.
