The gentleman at this location was absolutely amazing. He was helpful and I would recommend 10/10!

BRADLEY WThe original drop off location provides at lazy bear cabins in South Fork refused to take my rental and were extremely rude. They provided no help and I had to find my own drop off location. They clearly had room on their lot to take more. I did drop off my rental indicated that they had seen this problem before that location needs to have, better service or should not be a U-Haul dealer
Mark SThe person I dealt with treated my trailer drop off as more of an interruption than part of their job and, after telling me the system was down and they would check in the trailer once it was up, they failed to do so and caused me to waste time by having to deal with this problem and someone from Uhaul calling me about the trailer while I was on vacation.
Ron HIf I return it with more gas than it had and didn't go over the miles apparently you just keep the free gas???? I'm not happy nor will I be using U-Guys ever again. I was respectful and you screwed me. Keep the gas. Word of mouth is worth much more. Thieves

JOSEPH RTruck was dirty , both in the cab and the back of the truck. Was never swept out and the cab of the truck wrecked of smoke. I know that is not the locations fault.

Bill DThe only problem was that I received an email from U-Haul that pickup location was at Lowe's market and I spent over 2 hours there for them to try to find my order. Their inventory wasn't correct and didn't have the trailer I had ordered. I looked on my U-Haul app and it showed glen's auto repair was pick up location. I suggested calling Glen's auto repair so I did and he told me it was pulled out and waiting to be picked up. I wasted a lot of time because of original email.

george mDrop off location is very cramped, but the personnel immediately greeted me in front of the location and quickly handled the return process, taking the truck from there.

Jeffrey LLocation was closed on Saturday but I spoke with them and Friday and they advised me where to leave the trailer and gave me instructions on QR code check-in. My son handled the QR check-in while I got the trailer unhooked. Very easy process and the trailer pulled very well with the Jeep onboard. Gracias
VANCE SNo washer fluid and I was charged more than I was quoted. Truck was dirty inside and out.

robert hSuggestion: I rented a car hauler and traveled across the Southwest US. It would be a great comfort to have a spare tire in remote areas. I know you have roadside assistance, but that could be useless in a remote desert in 110 degree temps.

WILLIAM CWould have preferred dropping off in South Fork, but they were closed Monday and Tuesday...Sort of weird...they should be required to be open.
