John CParking is very small had to turn my truck around in a very tight spot. Had to help him un hitch the trailer he had no help, not a big deal but I have a pinched Sciatic on my right side.
Roland SThe truck that i was given, the driver side door would not shut all the way. Unless I absolutely slammed the door shut. Which usually took several times. It sounded like the engine was running very roughly. I only had it for like 5 miles. But it was absolutely horrible!!! I have rented from U-haul several times and have never had such a horrible experience.

JAMES WThe pickup process for the 24/7 truck share was terrible! I was asked to provide an alternate contact who was required to immediately answer the phone to complete my pickup. This process needs to be streamlined and any additional steps that are required should be clearly stated when you make the reservation.

JENNIFER GI know this wasn't U-Haul's fault, but I originally ordered my van at a different location and when I got there, they were closed due to Covid. I know these are uncertain times and this is not that big of a deal on a scale of 1-10, but I really think you should remind all of your companies to report in if they are closed. It was a pain and I was late to my pick up place. However, the second store was great so thank you!!
Sheila BTotally illiterate when it came to using the computer. He listed my drop off at a place 180 miles away even when I told him not to. So I spent 30 minutes on t he phone trying to find a place to take a trailer.

VICKI RThe representative that gave me the vehicle just emailed the paper work to me. I neglected to compare the mileage of the van with what was stated on the contract and was overcharged as a result by 100 miles. This was very poor customer service and the representative should have insisted that I initial the mileage and confirm it was correct. We agreed that the estimate of 60 miles was reasonable going to Mathis Brothers furniture for the Spark of Love Toy drive from Glendora at our office which is right across the street from our office. The representative clearly recorded the wrong mileage amount and I did not check it. I can only say this will be the last time I use Uhaul for anything. I was quoted 78.00 and left paying 136.00 which was almost double. Not to mention I received the vehicle with only 1/2 tank of gas and filled it leaving it with 3/4 of a tank. This is just not good customer service. I know I have no way of proving that the representative incorrectly recorded the mileage, but that is what happened. I learned a very valuable lesson and this is that these people can 't be trusted.

Ma NThere were fries on the floor and the cab smelled like urine. We swept it out and used antibacterial wipes on all the surfaces, but we could not get the urine smell out. Otherwise, the truck was clean and in excellent condition.

chris bI feel bad indicating a "no" because customer service at this location was great... but the truck had (a lot of) dry dirt in the bed of the van that had not been cleaned prior to use. It looked like the dirt that someone might accumulate from moving and transporting plants from a nursery. As someone now coming to move a mattress, that was a huge disappointment as dirt + mattress = disaster. Had the mattress not been covered in plastic, that would have been a big issue. It was virtually the equivalent of renting a dirt truck. No one rents a U-Haul under the assumption that it's so dirty it may stain whatever they are hauling... that goes completely against renting a moving truck. But again, the people at this particular location were very nice... perhaps they weren't aware of the dirt (it was very obvious and we pointed it out to them prior to renting), but I do understand that they are obligated to inspect the truck when it's rented to and retuned by customers. So, perhaps there is just little lack of care given to that aspect- not sure. That is not the problem of the customer I guess, until there is tons of dirt found in the back of a relatively new U-haul. I would recommend the location based on person-to-person customer service, however. They were very nice and professional.

jospeh tI utilized the online process for the ease of the experience. After going through all of the necessary steps and taking required photos, I still had to go in to stand at the counter and go through the whole process again. When I dropped off the vehicle, I, again, was utilizing the online features and still had to wait inside while the person at the counter went through everything all over again. If you have the option for customers to use the online system, then actually allow them the ease of picking up and dropping off the key.
Adam HI understand the place I picked up was a automotive, but the gentleman helping me should have finished attending to me before attending to the customer who came in long after me. He stopped in the middle of helping me to help and answer the other customers questions. I was disappointed that I was not the priority of my time and transaction. Once he realized I was in the way he told the other guy just a min let me finish up with her and I will help you. Made me feel special.

Jonathan PThe location was fine--once I got there. The problem was that you switched the reservation from its original location (Security Public Storage) to this one WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW. Security Public Storage had to tell me it the reservation was changed when I arrived this morning, because you didn't tell me. This was not good!
