Hadn't used a van from this location on Mile Hill Drive before, and I wasn't sure how convenient it would be. But everything went great, and picking up the van and returning it went very smoothly. Thanks a lot, Glacier West!

Evan K.I would like to point out that the high scores are due solely to the representative, James, who helped us. Our pick-up time was 10 AM, but due to a system-wide computer outage that day, we were unable to complete the checkout process until 11:30 AM. U-Haul needs to develop an old-fashioned backup system to process customers with a paper trail or something that allows customers to proceed when a system is down for hours. James was very apologetic, and I could see he was attempting to find a way to complete the process and get us on our way. This was a system problem, not a location problem. Kudos to James, but not to U-Haul as a whole.

And when they where told they couldn't they went out of their way and had a truck the next morning for me .WOW AMAZING and out standing customer service and definitely the place to go get a truck from or to get a storage locker for your stuff Glacier Storage and truck rental is absolutely hands down the place to go to get either of these ..Thank you guys !!! Charles S.The truck was really dirty, and still had dead bugs on the front of the truck, and the windshield. If there was a crack in the windshield, it would have been nearly impossible to see it, because of how dirty it was. The gal working at the office was very friendly and efficient, and did a fantastic job of getting me through the paperwork and out the door. I think that the online check out process of checking the truck on our own for damage is ridiculous. The U-Haul location attendant should have to walk it with us. The truck had a ton of damage that was not previously marked, and I ran out of photos to be able to upload.

Brenda B.When I picked up the 15 foot box truck it had a terrible engine running miss. Got not so good gas mileage.. Also had a engine water leak right below the center of the engine .It wasn't the air conditioner. I didn't have it on. When I called the rental place I had rented it they said I would have to take it up with U-haul. This is after I had to pay full rental price when dropped off. U-haul used to be a pretty good company 30 years ago.They don't take care of there upkeep of their rentals. I don't think I should have to pay full price because not upkeep of their rental especially that fuel is over $5.00 a gallon.

Patricia G.Have the product that was reserved! If you don't have the product let the customer know in time that they can make an adjustment. Don't wait until the customer is standing there at the appointed time with no options. I had reserved moving help that was far more expensive than the truck and missing appliance dolly. Not the location's fault. Your computer system should have caught this error.

STEVE C.This was the worst Uhaul rental experience in my life. The guaranteed pickup time of 0800 was not honored. The location did not open until 0930. In addition to that, the person working at the pickup location was 20 minutes late to arrive and did not acknowledge it or apologize. The truck was dirty and had very little fuel in the tank. The number of packing pads in the truck was far below the requested amount. I called Uhaul customer service to tell them about all of these problems and they said I had to work it out with the location. The location did not try to make things right. For my future rental truck needs, I will no longer automatically choose Uhaul.

MATTHEW F.We arrived on time, 0930 am and the office had not been opened yet. We waited 5 minutes and nothing. We called the uhaul number, placed on hold waiting for a representative and the uhaul worker arrived 15 minutes late. He did not acknowledge us or apologize for his tardiness.
