Appeared to be CLOSED, tried 2 doors and they were locked. Windows dark looked closed. Hooked up trailer on my own and called main number. Woman said if I took the trailer I would be stealing!. I said how is that possible I have a contract for it and you have my visa!! Well turns out someone was at the location, all was well from then on.JOSEPH B.

Friendly people with a quick check in and easy, quick drop off. I've rented with U-Haul dozens of times and this was the best and easiest process I've ever experienced.WENDY R.
Attempted to use mobile app and website for after hours drop off. App photo upload never registered as photos and would not upload. Had to transfer photos to a pc to upload. However there was mobile coverage to download app at drop off location.EDNA L.

I rushed to drop off the rental at 9am like my paperwork said, only to find out the place didn't open until 10am. I didn't like having to pay extra mileage because they start the mileage from the rental place and not your home.Shelley D.

The wanted equipment was not wanted so a replacement was given at a higher rate dolly cart (because it was wrong type it was not used). the trailer given was filthy and had to be cleaned prior to use told the people at location i had to clean it ($14.75) my total. my total rental was $62.11 I would like a refund of $18.00 (Dolly not used due to wrong type) + $14.75 (cleaning) total refund requested is $32.75.DAVID C.

Not the locations fault - this is fully a corperate shit show. Uhaul needs to get their online check in working properly before offering it. When you're moving there are so many things going on, and really don't want things to be more difficult than they need to be. Requiring a picture when I already confirmed via text that I was myself, and then it won't load. 30 mins of errors, 10 mins of waiting on the phone in vain to speak with someone from uhaul itself because the auto company was unable to help me when I had already started the check in process. This was my 2nd time using uhaul services within the year, but after that experience with checking in, I wouldn't recommend uhaul to my worst enemy.DANIELLE W.

I picked up a tow dolley for trailering my car. The person who hooked the dolley to the u-haul truck did not offer guidance on how to attach the car to the dolley. He did show me when I asked him. I suggest it should be standard for the u-haul representative to give a short explanation of how to use the equipment. By the way, the dolley worked GREAT!! Thanks.Desmond C.

It was a very sketchy pick up. The building was a skeleton with simply 3 people on lawn chairs to rent the truck. It certainly was not my first choiceJohn M.
I would have given a 5 star if not for the hassle of the app struggling to identify location. I had to wait there for 1 hour figuring out with customer care, who are unable to help. At that point the agent at location arrived (earlier than store opening hours) and was able to unlock the vehicle from his device and help. The convenience of 24/7 share is meaningless if we have such nuisance or unable to get the truck during the move. So agents at UHAUL rock. UHAUL app/customer care and technical difficulties need to be resolved. Families trying to move should not be caught in these situations.VENKATA P.

Where they rent the uhuals out of in this repair shop what ever is dirty......the area is very sketchy....the people U-Haul employee are very friendly though......this truck getting picked up had less then an eighth of a tank so to have to find a location close to get gas first off with a 26 foot U-Haul was kinda an inconvenience....always having to have pictures to back up all the little X's that mark damage is always needed as this second truck we rented had bumper and fender damage....Robert M.
