The access to get the key was kind of difficult and when returning using the app with the picture taking could’ve been better it made me take the pics multiple times without me knowing whether they were recieved or not

Jordyn WThe vehicle had the incorrect mileage and gas on the status sheet. They then charged me for both on return. At pick up I told them and showed them a picture. They stated it was fine they’d fix it. Now I am looking at my card with 2 additional charges from them even do they already charged me what was on the final receipt that U-Haul emails. They are 100% just trying to make money any way they can!

lisa YThe place where I picked up the uhaul on New Castle Ave is a dangerous place. All kinds of scary people hanging outside the doors and in the parking lot. The boy working inside the gas station said my car was safe to leave there because the have cameras. Then I go back to return the truck and they had my car towed! I have been waiting for over an hour in this bad part of town and no one is giving me any answers! I'm driving this uhaul back to my house until the owner of the gas station gets my car back and pays the tow company!

mark lPerhaps clean the parking lot up a bit. Also, on after-hours pickup of my previous rental I found air pressure in tires was too low, which left me wondering whether it was a slow leak/damage that I ought to report. I happened to have my bike pump, and was able to pump up enough to confirm it was not leaking quickly. Seems like basic maintenance that UHaul should be taking care of, rather than shunting this off to customers.
Peter II had to go 3 to 4 miles pick up the equipment because they did not have it at Governor Prince, which is a quarter of a mile from my home. So most of my charges was to go find your equipment so I can use it. I don’t feel that was fair
Deana SThe vehicle was given without operable side viewing mirrors. Neither mirror could be positioned, to allow the driver to see to change lanes, and since the mirrors are too far from the window, a driver cannot even try to hold the mirror in place, to safely change lanes. I had to travel, unsafely, for 140 miles, just to have this guy try to charge my account for $70 in gas, when there wasn’t gas in the tank to begin with…absolutely horrendous.

ROSHEN BThere was mud all over the back of the truck on the floor and trash was left inside I had to clean the floor before I could put my stuff in it not to mention that the frost place I went to pick up the truck the truck would not start so I had to waste a hour of my time trying to find a different place to get a truck then I had to drive out of my way to pick it up.
Daniel SThe tire on the left side of the trailer had a slow leak and I had to add air to the tire twice during the rental period. 2 of the 6 tie down bars were missing, one was broke and two were not secure to the side of the trailer.

kenneth wThe cargo trailer was in good condition on the outside with the lights etc. working. However, the bumpers inside were broken, missing, and damaged, so it made it hard to strap the items.
Lawrence RI was able to get a trailer last minute for my trip to SC from Delaware. Never hauled a trailer before but they made it happen for me. If you need a trailer use them!!!!

Douglas BTruck was WAY out of alignment. Looking in the driver's side mirror, all I could see was the side of the truck. I had to use the passenger side mirror to see behind the truck. Mileage was attrocious!?
PETER CFirst of al it was the only truck in the premises. All of the caution lights were on there were dirty water bottles on the side pockets of the truck. You could tell the truck had not been cleaned in forever. The gas was way below half, it’s was like a quarter. They over charged me after I called and spoke to the owner. Just unprofessional and thieves. I would never ever recommend that uhaul place

KAREN FAppeared to be CLOSED, tried 2 doors and they were locked. Windows dark looked closed. Hooked up trailer on my own and called main number. Woman said if I took the trailer I would be stealing!. I said how is that possible I have a contract for it and you have my visa!! Well turns out someone was at the location, all was well from then on.

REGINALD TFriendly people with a quick check in and easy, quick drop off. I’ve rented with U-Haul dozens of times and this was the best and easiest process I’ve ever experienced.
WENDY RAttempted to use mobile app and website for after hours drop off. App photo upload never registered as photos and would not upload. Had to transfer photos to a pc to upload. However there was mobile coverage to download app at drop off location.
EDNA LThe space was dark and shoddy, not well lit and looked abandoned.
MELANIE DI rushed to drop off the rental at 9am like my paperwork said, only to find out the place didn’t open until 10am. I didn’t like having to pay extra mileage because they start the mileage from the rental place and not your home.

Jake SThe wanted equipment was not wanted so a replacement was given at a higher rate dolly cart (because it was wrong type it was not used). the trailer given was filthy and had to be cleaned prior to use told the people at location i had to clean it ($14.75) my total. my total rental was $62.11 I would like a refund of $18.00 (Dolly not used due to wrong type) + $14.75 (cleaning) total refund requested is $32.75.
