Nothing needed! We were in/out in several minutes after the representative showed us the vehicle for current condition issues, ( there weren't any).

Lee ARented a truck from this location. Had to haul a riding lawnmower on a trailer 60 miles to a repair shop in Sacramento. When I went to return the truck the young immature worker at this location got indignant with me saying the inside of the truck smelled extremely like feces, "Shit", which was totally untrue and wanted to charge me for a cleaning. I was thee only occupant the entire trip. | told him he was full of it and he said he was going to get someone to come out and verify his opinion. After waiting a very longtime | went into the office. The youngster hadn't gotten anyone to come check things out and was only professing his case to the office manager. I was livid over these false accusations and the manager only said "we'll just spray the inside with Febreeze" and didn't even come out to investigated. This whole experience was completely insulting. The manager didn't charge a cleaning fee, but I will never ever do business with Gin's Little Valley Auto Repair and I will relay this incident to as many friends as possible!

She repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience. I let her know that everything worked out for a reason. She also gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Such great Customer Service!

Gary TWoman at desk oan Saturday was very nice. I got stuck trying to turn around in my driveway on Sunday and was slightly late, but cashier was very considerate. Way nicer than the Uhauls in the Bay Area. No games. No problems.

michael hI wasn’t told that the 8th day past my week rental was going to be $89.00 dollars. Plus the $21.00 insurance. I was under the impression that it was the same price. It would have been cheaper to return it and then re rent it ? I feel that I should get some kind of credit?

CHARLES WI wanted to pick up a truck in one of Colfax's two U-Haul locations which was closer to where I lived and was moving from. I made my reservation by app for a Colfax location but was directed to Gin's Little Valley auto-repair instead for pick-up - adding 50 unnecessary miles to my reservation and extra cost.
Diane SThe staff were friendly, but the location was mostly a dirt lot. The roads approaching and where the lot was located are narrow. I wouldn't like to try to drive anything larger than a 15 foot to or from there.

Nick CI thought maybe you could have like a weekly rate or something like that for renting the trucks cuz sometimes we just people just need it for a week and 79 cents a mile is kind of kind of way up there considering we're in Grass Valley. The location where in Grass Valley is a lot of space in between the locations to get from Nevada City to Grass Valley. It's just quite a few miles. There's like 17 to 20 miles there. Just getting two and from but a storage unit per second to get your stuff back to the house. Anyway, it's just I don't know. I thought maybe I was thinking about what could be better than ever. Been nice to have a general weekly rate to go by. Okay, thank you. Other than that, all in all the overall experience was was grand and everybody was kind and nice. Thank you ❤️

GENE HTurned away due to expired DL - NOT expired at all - had to go back to show them again to get the truck. Charged cleaning fee when the truck was cleaner than when we got it - had marijuana in it and on the loading ramp reeked of weed had to air it out before we put our belongings in - better check in. Charged fuel fee when we sent it back with the same amount we got it at - only drove 50 miles. Always rent from this outlet and no problems but this time not so much..
