Exxon Mobil gas station, it was at night and all lights were shut off. Really really dark out. Aside that it was ok.

The dealer didn’t check in the unit from the previous customer. The truck was dirty and smelled terrible. The whole experience horrible. I will never rent from this location again.
LATARSHA YOUNGNobody at the location worked for U-Haul, so they could not help me. That's perfectly fine, except I couldn't get the information online to pick up my rental truck, either. I had to spend almost an hour on the phone being transferred to different reps to finally get the information sent to me so I could access the key to the truck. Miserable experience.

JACK PRATTThe web site was very poor. I spent an hour and a half trying to fill out the forms very confusing and slow some things would not take the information and did not indicate what the matter was.I signed up for a truck and while I was filling out the form someone else got it. I called to verify the Princton, TX location before i filled out form and they said they had it but someone else had gotten there first. I could not see how to take it out of my cart at that location

Rae ThornhillWas charged $25 to clean truck and only thing that needed to be done was fold up the blankets and bag them. I would have done that if I had the stupid bags. Also I selected counter service and you guys switched me to a moble pickup. Because of this my day started behind schedule by almost 2 hours. Customer service was not there and nothing was explained when I was transferred which made it extremely difficult. Will choose Ryder or budget next time
Angela WrightShe was very rude and wouldn’t help me. My drivers license is expired because the pandemic and all she said was no you can’t rent it. So I had someone else come up there to rent it and she said she couldn’t help me because it was 12 on Sunday and she is busy selling beer and I would have to wait. But when I did the reservation I choose to finish contract inside because of my driver license was expired so it wouldn’t let me continue. I also found the answer on the driver license she gave me might not be correct. She was so rude told me to tell whoever I wanted and winked her eye at me. She said I need to sell beer. Some dealers just want the profit and you are pretty much paying for their parking lot. She did not want to help one bit. This makes U-Haul look terrible. I would never go back to this place and I will let all my friends know the same. I would hate for anyone else to be treated like this.

christine lambertUnfortunately although I paid for the extra appliance dolly (Atleast I swear I did) i did not receive it with the truck so Ill have to find another way to move a washer/dryer. Other than that it was fine.
Erika ContrerasDropped the rental truck off here, a well lighted convenience store, did not have to go inside. The ap walked me thu the drop off and left the keys in the drop box. Very convenient.
Karen FryDrop off location was horrible, would have been quicker to take back to pick up location, i actually passed 3 different u haul locations on my way to Princeton.
