Theresa and her husband at the front fest were extremely helpful. They are compassionate and caring people. This is a great place to store your stuff. It’s feels like family.

The office managers Theresa, Eric, and the General Manager are all very good, kind, easy to work with people. I have used their facilities twice and they always make the rental move in and move out process easy.

During one of my phone calls with then, I was stressing about a job and trying to pay my bill. Teresa was able to help me adjust the regular bill AND even gave me some names of people/places she knew were hiring! I was able to get a job through one of her contacts! She was always so kind and supportive! She always went above and beyond in my opinion! Thank you!

Staff was very friendly. Reason for moving was cost and width of space for our camper. Staff was extremely pleasant and I appreciated their help. Note, price isn't way above the norm for location however another secure storage was half the price. We were on a wait list for that location. RV spaces are 10 ft wide and with another camper next to ours we couldn't open the door. Smaller campers may not have issue with this. Ours is a 19 ft toy hauler.

My experience with Gilbert Self Storage was very pleasant. They handled the initial setup quickly, explained the rules quickly, and when I was ready to remove my items from storage, it was simple to empty the storage unit and sign out in the office. I moving from California I needed a clean safe place to store my belongings until my new home was ready. On September 29, 2021, While in California, I looked at the online photos of the facility; the physical site unseen looked very clean and new online so I reserved and paid. Upon arrival to the site on Sunday, September 12, 2021, I was taken back on how old and worn the place was, it looked nothing like the photographs advertised online. I realized how dumpy the place was; I immediately placed a call to cancel my reservation, this was Sunday the place was closed but I had access to the gate to tour. I left a message for a call back; today is Monday, September 13, 2021, I received a callback, I requested cancellation, because of the condition of the facility, I was basically told to pound sand, they were not going to refund my money. My opinion is to stay clear of this place.

This past year was really difficult for my family and when I needed to move my mom out of Sun City without any notice the managers helped me secure a large storage unit the same day I needed it and they were so kind. I appreciate everything they did to help me and my family.

My only frustration was that at the end I was told I left a lot of stuff in the storage and when I return I found a small handful of paper and used wrapping tape. It could have been easily picked up without a phone to me saying I would be charged 20 dollar cleaning fee. Not goos
