The vechile was giving to me on E I literally had to wait until the person arrive to receive the right key they gave me the wrong key
Jacquez DTruck was unlocked and making alot of noise. Back was open in rain when picked up. Not my best experience since I reserved a trailer and was told to go to another store that was closed so I had to rent the truck.

Rodriquez PThis was the worst experience in moving in my life. It was not the pick up site’s fault- it was the overall experience. I was told to pick up the truck in one place and they didn’t have it. I was told I has to go 30 minutes to another location to pick it up. I was told if they weren’t there to pick it up through the mobile service, which wouldn’t work… Then the person wasn’t there at the site due to a death in the family. Uhaul never notified me that the location had changed. I had movers coming at 10am, based on a pick up time of 9:30, but I didn’t make it back with the truck until after 11am. I will not used U-haul again. I know Uhaul doesn’t employ the movers, but the movers that unloaded the truck were horrible too. They damaged furniture, walls, didn’t bring a dolly and scratched floors that I now have to pay to repair. Overall a completely horrible experience.

Travis PMade change to this drop off. Was told to keep truck one extra day because location closed. When I arrived staff was not there and was told to do drop off online. Costing me an extra day.
Timothy DMy drop off experience could have been better if there was somebody at the location to take in my rental. I had to leave the truck and drop the keys in the Dropbox. I would have preferred to have some one to check me in and close out the rental.

Dennis PNot the fault of the place I picked up at, but the app didn't work from pick up to drop off. Fortunately, the owners at the pick site happened to be there, so I was able to get the truck.
Shawn SReally appreciate (Karen's) thoroughness. Not sure what her name was but definitely a (Karen)! Thanks for over thinking your responsibilities!!! Hopefully uhaul can give her a participation trophy to help make her feel better! Also the lot was trashy and not easily accessible. Example trailers parked on a 35 degree hill, scrap metal piles, old junk cars. Not to mention the dogs barking at me the hole time of the check-in. I've used probably 50 trailers from uhaul in the last few years. Picking up this unit was extremely difficult. The only star this place get from me is zero. Uhaul must definitely be desperate for dealers in this peanut town!!
DERRICK BHave more vehicles available in different sizes...definitely add a pickup truck to your inventory.
LEROY AIf you are going to charge a customer for leaving less gas in the vehicle than what they got it at, the vehicle should be given a fresh full tank of gas for the next customer so they aren’t having to turn around and immediately fill it themselves right off the bat

John GAsk a customer if this is their first time renting with uhaul. If it is give them a walk through on the vehicle or whatever they are renting. Point out the drop box and etc. If you are local then this is the spot but due to not being from the area I needed to leave my vehicle. The location had room but gave the impression they did not. Again if you are local maybe you are use to the treatment but I'm an out of towner who needed some hospitality. I'm not using them again.

Maria BHad issues using the App. The actual program worked fine but the waiting for reaponses to get everything verified and the code to get took way to long. The lady at location ended up helping me to get everything procured.
COREY KThis was the second location I was sent to. The first location I had reserved a trailer. Got there on time and the people decided to go to lunch causing me not to be able to get the trailer and then driving an extra hour and putting me behind schedule. I’m not sure if I would recommend uhaul to anybody in the future

LAWRENCE YThe drop off location was closed and we had to go through the website for the drop off. Had I known before that I would have to download an app, give U-Haul access to my location and photos on my phone and who knows what else you are trying to gather from my personal device I would have declined the option all together. This was a very poor experience from start to finish and I will look at other companies before choosing a rental truck in the future

Christopher GThe Sylvester location was a complete disaster. The representative at the Sylvester location was rude and didn’t give accurate information. I called and reserve my truck at the beginning of the week for the Sylvester location. The very next day, I got a call from U-haul and was told that I needed to pick up my truck from the Ashburn location. I was fine with that, but when it was time to pick up my truck, I called Ashburn the day of and was told there were no available trucks. I went to the Sylvester location, because that’s where I originally ordered my U-Haul from. I got there and the representative was agitated and when I explained my situation, she told me that she didn’t have a truck and said I should call Uhaul customer service. I happen to see a truck in the right side of the parking lot and asked about that one. The representative told me it was a “In town” truck and couldn’t be use to me. I was traveling out of town. I then called U-haul customer service and told them my situation and was informed there was a 26 ft truck that had no reservation on it. It was indeed a truck on the other side of the parking lot that the representative didn’t inform me on. I was given the run around until customer service fixed the problem & allowed me to get the truck.
Jasmine CMaintain the equipment. Also, provide ALL the parts needed so that the roadside assistance person can repair a broken unit. The gent who came out said he had a new spring, but the U-bolt to hold it on is near impossible to get and that U-Haul only sends one at a time rather than stocking spare U-bolts with the Service Provider.sd
