Fast and attentive response, easy check-in and check-out at a busy location. We had no time to place a reservation but that proved not to be an issue, and the vehicle provided was excellent. Where we will go for future needs.David G.

My truck was not fully cleaned as there was dried mud around the floor of the cab. However due to a repair for my original 15 foot truck, the truck I was given was a last minute find by UHaul. So I don't think there was time to clean it to meet my time for pick up. However besides this, everything worked out fine. Thank you for great customer support as well.Ken P.
This truck had considerable sheetmetal damage on the passenger side of the vehicle. There was no note of the damage on the condition checkout portion of your pick-up web site. While I was downloading photos of the damage to your site the site crashed and I could not return to the check out procedure page. The subsequent call I made to UHaul customer service had me on hold for more than an hour. EVERY call I have made to customer service has taken over an hour and up to two hours to reach a representative.William B.

I hate renting from this location. The owner of this location still owes approximately $183 to Jeffrey Rudd back in CASH. Been unable to reach him. Tried to tocate Order Number: 22267807 by going to another location to ask them to retrieve the record. Surprise, surprise, it could not be located. He charged .99 a mile. Would like someone to call 909-485-0485 for Jeffrey or his caretaker 914-438-5185 so Jeffrey can be reimbursed the cash owed to him. He lives on a fixed income. I dont know why cash was asked for because Jeffreys cc was used for the rental on line.Jeffrey R.

I was moving out of a 1 bedroom in Manhattan. The 15' truck I rented advertised it was for up to a 2 bedroom apartment. I threw out furniture items such as a bar, bookshelves, dresser, and a large coffee table and the truck barely fit all my things. I had to use my SUV for the remaining items. Beware you may want to rent up a size.Robert R.

Joe is simply a scammer .. he double charged me for two days even thu I rented it for only 24 hours ... and I return the equipment before the 24 hours expire ( proof and pictures are available as evidence). When I called him about the double charge, he was rude and mean then denied returning the money. I had to dispute it with my CC company ... DON"T DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION .. THEY WILL SCAM FROM YOUNADER N.
You Smart Phone app is garbage and it took me about an hour to drop off. Your 800 number had me on hold for over 30 minutes. Terrible experience which is not the fault of the location as this was off-hoursPAUL C.

The owner did not show up, causing myself and several other customers to not get their trucks. After a few phone calls where he was extremely rude and vulgar, he mentioned that I need to download the app and checking out on a web browser wasn't possible. I will never go to this location again and chances are pretty slim that I will use uhaul after this. Please put someone in charge who even gives one iota of a shit about customer service.Daniel K.
This is my 2nd rental with this particular U-Haul agent and I will definitely be back when the need arises for a truck rental. The owner was very responsive and accommodating when other U-Haul agents lied about what was available and did not communicate well.LAWRENCE Z.
The actual location is quite a mess. Old trucks and garbage around. Could be much neater and cleaner. Joe was great though - very customer focused and friendly. Knew his stuff.Kevin B.
I ordered blankets and a furniture Dolly. Nothing was in truck. Your website is not compatible with iOS because u had great difficulty picking up and dropping off. Website wounding let me proceed either time on iPhone. My son was able to compare checkout with his android. When I called customer service I had to wait 35 minutes on hold to speak to someone. After driving 30 miles to Brewster to get our truck, when then proceeded 30 more miles to get the trailer in Mohegan Lake!!! Round trip was 120 unnecessary miles! They never gave me the name of the place when I spoke to UHaul. The place we were to pick up the trailer called and gave me the new address of the place where the trailer was. I asked for the phone number there and she said she did not have. So we drove around trying to find the place. Finally the guy for Get it & Go called my husband's cell and he got directions. The guy was very curt and not friendly at all. He hooked up the trailer and yelled at my husband to stay in the truck, so my husband was not able to see how it was attached. Then he told my husband that he could not remove the trailer for any reason. Then the price for the trailer went up!! It was the worst experience we have every had with UHaul and we feel UHual owes us some money back!Kathleen B.

I was unable to arrive at the requested reservation time and I was locked out of the app access for the truck. I called support and was informed that if I was a minute late, they would put a hold on my reservation. I commented that it would be nice to see that on the reservation screen, and on the pick-up screen. The rep responded in a snarky manor that "the information is in the disclosures that no one reads". I didn't need that snarkiness while frustrated in logging in during a pre-hurricane downpour. I suggest you send your reps to charm school so they can learn how to handle situations like this, and also clearly state your arrival time policy, both in the reservation site, and on the pick-up page in the app. Instead, the app told me something to the effect that the pickup had already been completed with no other information. I'm not happy with your reservation and pickup process. The truck was great tho, and Joe at the site is always wonderful!DONALD MARTIN C.
