Doug S.We reserved at glenshaw cooperate decided cheswick. This affects my time and mileage. When scheduling no one answers the phone. The confirmation email and text times out and doesn't work. Even the gentleman at the correct pick up location admitted your software and website is beyond slow.
shawn M.The pick up experience for this rental was terrible. First of all, the original location where I reserved no longer had any of the trucks I rented AFTER I had already rented it. After they moved me to a new pick up location, I arrive for my 7AM pick up and NO ONE is at the location!!! So I had to sit there and wait an HOUR just for NO ONE TO SHOW. I finally found someone on the property and they gave me a phone number to call?? I finally get a hold of this gentlemen who states "I dont open until 8" as I am calling him at 8:03. He had to finish my contract over the phone since he could not be there and we finally got on our way OVER AN HOUR PAST OUR RENTAL TIME! This was a terrible experience and will NEVER recommenced anyone user the pick up location that I was assigned. If you are assigned that location CANCEL AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

philip C.My U-Haul experience, 1St off my local location wanted me to pick up the 20' truck almost 20 miles away, only after I complained did the local office find a closer location. The other issue was the truck itself; the truck was not in good working order; the steering wheel was offset by 9-10 degrees which made driving difficult and turning unbearable. The second issue with the truck was how dirty it was, both inside and out were filthy. Sticky seats, paperwork, and layers of dirt in the back of the truck made my U-Haul experience even more unpleasant. Moving on to your horrible mobile app, your app SUCKS!. Picking up the truck was a huge pain the ass. luckily, the local owner was onsite to help me get the keys and get on my way. Moving is very stressful to begin with and U-Haul did nothing but add even more stress. In era where Covid-19 is a major concern U-Haul puts cleanliness last and that is a shame! Clean and maintain your trucks!

Glenn C.Hi. The owner Mr. Jeremy was awesome from the first time we spoke. He is a great rep for uhaul. He a very kind and helpful man. He made sure that I understood everything and even went over all of the instruments within the truck. He's the FIRST uhaul rep to ever do that. Now I'm a truck driver and I also rent from you guys all of the time. So I know all about your trucks, but to a novice driver, what Mr. Jeremy did in explaining how the truck operates would be very helpful to him / her that are not use to driving a truck. Something to think about management. You should take a page out of Mr. Jeremy's book. Just my suggestion. Thank you and thank Mr. Jeremy for me.

Had crew ready to load and then had to wait over 1 hour before starting to load the retrieved truck. . poor communication from dealer where truck was rented. then found out that they had rented the truck to us for "3" days.
