The number on the reservation was disconnected so I couldnt talk to anyone for help. Using the app to check in was slow and frustrating. I would not deal with a location like this again.

David CThe truck we rented was a little older so it was kind of grimy and smelled of old cigarette smoke if you didn’t roll the windows down, but that’s pretty much to be expected with this sort of rental. But it was clean and ran well. The guy who ran the place was very nice and helpful!

The 700 mile straight drive went smooth and as a proud customer, I know that I can always count on Uhaul for all necessary transport or storage needs. I'm grateful to know Harold here in Acworth, GA. His professionalism goes untold as always. I must say the same about Frank in Cheswick, PA. A huge thanks for helping me get the rented auto transport connected and assuring that I inspect all the tie downs whenever I stop. Lastly Frank, your recommendation for me to use something to assure my car's front spoiler doesn't tear off when backing up worked. I used two bricks which successfully allowed the lift for easy removal of the car. Harold, Frank. God bless you both. ec1

rex cFrank is a very nice guy, he is a k ways very helpful & if he doesn't have the size truck you need , he will accommodate you with a bigger or smaller truck so you can get the job done. There is nothing to change about this location.

Heather BI really thought I was going to get some kind of compensation for the company. All I got was a email saying that the truck I had rented was not available so I had to get a different size and also pick it up at a different location. I know that the manager of the lower Burrell address for U-Haul was not her fault but then I had to drive out of my way to cheswick. I just thought that they can give me something to compensate for the mistake or location so I had to go to because gas is not cheap.

Candace EI discovered a pinhole leak in the right rear trailer tire after pickup. Fortunately, the tire was replaced before starting my trip. Also, there is an intermittent problem with either a bulb or circuit for the left signal lamp. I doubt the rental location could discover these hidden problems before the rental.

Doug SWe reserved at glenshaw cooperate decided cheswick. This affects my time and mileage. When scheduling no one answers the phone. The confirmation email and text times out and doesn’t work. Even the gentleman at the correct pick up location admitted your software and website is beyond slow.
shawn mThe pick up experience for this rental was terrible. First of all, the original location where I reserved no longer had any of the trucks I rented AFTER I had already rented it. After they moved me to a new pick up location, I arrive for my 7AM pick up and NO ONE is at the location!!! So I had to sit there and wait an HOUR just for NO ONE TO SHOW. I finally found someone on the property and they gave me a phone number to call?? I finally get a hold of this gentlemen who states "I dont open until 8" as I am calling him at 8:03. He had to finish my contract over the phone since he could not be there and we finally got on our way OVER AN HOUR PAST OUR RENTAL TIME! This was a terrible experience and will NEVER recommenced anyone user the pick up location that I was assigned. If you are assigned that location CANCEL AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

philip cMy U-Haul experience, 1St off my local location wanted me to pick up the 20’ truck almost 20 miles away, only after I complained did the local office find a closer location. The other issue was the truck itself; the truck was not in good working order; the steering wheel was offset by 9-10 degrees which made driving difficult and turning unbearable. The second issue with the truck was how dirty it was, both inside and out were filthy. Sticky seats, paperwork, and layers of dirt in the back of the truck made my U-Haul experience even more unpleasant. Moving on to your horrible mobile app, your app SUCKS!. Picking up the truck was a huge pain the ass. luckily, the local owner was onsite to help me get the keys and get on my way. Moving is very stressful to begin with and U-Haul did nothing but add even more stress. In era where Covid-19 is a major concern U-Haul puts cleanliness last and that is a shame! Clean and maintain your trucks!
