danilo M.Found a note in the dropbox saying to park vehicles on the street, I noticed this after dropping off the keys. However the UHaul app indicates to park vehicle at location in the parking lot ensuring not to block exits or doors. Two different instructions.
HEBERT M.I have issue with fuel level. I did online check in and uhaul didn't ask me to check fuel level. And when I called your help centre to know how much fuel I should fill in, they asked me quarter to fuel. It took 52 ltrs fuel for me whereas I only drove 40 miles. So 52 let's fuel for 40 miles doesn't seem logical. I called your department today to dispute it but she wrote an email to area fuel manager. I was been told that I'll get a call from them. I am waiting for the call now.
DIVYESHKUMAR D.The first location I arranged a truck rental with seemed to be closed with no one around and it took over an hour to get u-haul to find an alternate pick up location and PDQ while I was paying for moving labour sitting around. Genesis was just around the corner from my original puck up location and they were great. Certainly went the extra distance after my first pick up location failed miserably!
