To be honest I don't have anything to recommend for improvements. Norah was awesome. I've had bad experiences with Uhaul plenty of other times and I've heard all these stories from other people about how bad their experience was but this must was not the case. She was very thorough respectful and helpful. If I ever need to rent anything I will most definitely returning to her location and if I know anybody looking for a good place to rent a U-Haul I will definitely send them there. Is a great asset to your company and I hope her pay reflects how Good she is at her job. Truly a pleasant experience. Just know that I very rarely give reviews if that says anything.

The location was awesome and very helpful. The online system and follow up phone calls where poorly done, inaccurate and my reservation was missed up twice. I went out and bought my own trailer after my latest experience with Uhaul.

Great customer service

Everything went smooth. Quick paperwork process and i was out with the trailer in less than 20 minutes. Easy drop off. Great service.

I had an awesome experience with the location.. it was actually uhaul that I had an horrible experience with ... I was treated so poorly that I don't think I will ever use uhaul again...

U-Haul's on line system is not an easy use and the amount of hoops a customer has to jump through seems overkill. If National rental cars can do a easy pick up why can't U-Haul.
