I came to this location at the scheduled pick up time. They did not have the ball hitch ir boxes I ordered. I couldn't no pick up my uhaul. I had to go to another location to purchase these items. Then drive back to this location. The man did not know how to hook up the trailer or lights. I hooked it up as best as I could and i had no lights. I didn't know where they went. This is a horrible location and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The trailer was full of mud and it couldn't be installed properly.

The attendant, although she tried her very best to help didn't know much about how the process went. But she was very nice and tried to help me out. The truck was disgusting. There were food wrappers, vape trash, even dirty diapers left in the truck.

WILLIAM DThe person running the U-Haul business is not on site. This location is at a gas station and I had to communicate with Jeet via cellphone of man running the store. We had to hook up the trailer ourselves and I was under the impression the U-Haul provider is suppose to hook up and unhook the trailer from the vehicle to ensure proper operation.

William GArrived onsite to find nobody there to assist when hours of operation stated they would be open. Luckily, I was able to proceed over the phone with the owner. The trailer had a bad tire on it. I tried to stop at a U-Haul location for repair and was told that they could not assist me because they do not keep tires/wheels on hand. I think this is a bad move on U-Haul, bad customer service.
Charles SA dolly would have been useful. This truck was missing only that. Also this location only allows a few hours. It's better to expect to keep it over night so you don't have to rush but we were ok just a few minutes late.

Alessa MIt needs some more professionalism from the owner as well as a customer service update. I had to take pictures from my phone of mileage and gas and then wait for the pictures to be sent to someone else who should have been at the store to handle the rental . On top of that my card was charged more than it was supposed to and I had to go back to the store the next day to inquire about the charge and they informed me to call Uhaul directly for the refund request .

Matthew BThis particular truck smelled extremely bad. I tried air freshener and it did nothing. Also the headlights were badly out of line. They pointed at both sides of the road and not the actual road.
JUSTIN CI had to ask were to drop it. There was no assistance. He didn't tell me the everything was checked in. It was like I was doing a night drop. But the store and area was very clean. He was nice but not very helpful with the process.

Jason SThe truck had not been cleaned by previous renter and was dirty inside. The gas gauge was less than 1/4 full and there was damage on vehicle that had not been reported. Prior to leaving site talked to agent and explained situation and took pictures of the damage and the gas tank.
Lyle BThe truck bed was filthy with dirt and depree. We had to sweep it out prior to putting our furniture in. The front cab smelled horrible. There were cigarette ashes on the floor and trash. Especially due to the current climate when cleansness is at the forefront of alot of peoples mind it was very apparent this truck had not been cleaned or disinfected at all prior to my rental. I am very disappointed and will not be renting from uhaul again.

JESSE YWhen I arrived to pick up the trailer the man running the store didn't know what he was doing and did not speak English. He had to call his son who never came to the store. The man hands me his phone to talk to the son. Later he took me outside, had me back my car up to the trailer then, pointing to the hitch said "you go". He expected me to attach it myself! Of course I refused and told him to get his son to come in. Instead he called him again. After that conversation we both went back outside and I had to help him lift the trailer onto the ball. I have NEVER had such a crazy experience with UHaul. Was I seriously supposed to hook up the trailer myself?? Today when I returned the trailer I had my husband go with me. Again, the son was not there and the older man had to call him to talk to my husband. Once again he pointed to where he wanted me to park the trailer and we had to unhook it while he watched. I feel that if UHAUL is going to contract with random people they need to be vetted a little better and taught how to operate the business. When handling your equipment there should be people on site who know what they are doing.
Cathryn BI reserved the Uhaul for 4 hours and was due to return the truck at 9pm. When I arrived to the location to drop the truck off it was 8:40pm and the store was closed! The sign said they closed at 9pm. The guy working in the store was standing outside the store waiting on someone to pick him up. I said to him sir the store is closed early and I need to check the Uhaul in. He could not speak good English and so we did not understand each other. When I picked up the truck earlier he called the manager and said for me to speak to him. So I said can you call your manager again and he said NO HE IS AT HOME!!! I said well what do I do with this key and how do I check in. He took the key and put it in a drop box. I walked up to the drop box and read it and saw that I was supposed to follow directions before dropping the key in. I said sir you put they key in the box and I need to get in the truck to take pictures! He walked off and got directly in the car when it pulled up. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THAT STORE AGAIN! I will also be putting on social media how I was treated!
Gregory WFrom my original reservation everything was changed . The truck size and pickup location were changed and I had to pay the difference. It took 4 phone calls to set up a drop off point and your customer service rep Renee was extremely rude. Next time we move I will not use U-Haul
ANTHONY CMaybe you could not charge me for a bunch of stuff I didn't get? I never got the dollys or the blankets and I reported this to you and you still charged me. The guy behind the counter couldn't understand online checking so I barely got the truck much less the rest of it. You still charged me and then asked for a review. Here you go scammers.
