The back of the truck was full of roaches and I had to spray it down in order to use it!! I let the store know as well when I turned in the key..

It was 💯 % opposite of the pick up location.. it took less than 5 minutes to get everything done.. Great experience!

ORLANDO AI would recommend this location to a friend; however, I would advise my friends to thoroughly inspect and make note of, and take photos that show how clean the inside of the cab is, prior to leaving this location. Uhaul provided me an excellent deal, because the original 10 footer that I ordered at least a week in advance wasn't available on my moving day. I was provided a 15 footer instead. The inside of the cab was NOT clean when I picked the truck up. I drove the truck approximately 26 miles round trip. I picked up the remainder of my belongings from my old home and moved them to my new home. The two homes are 8.6 miles apart. I was charged an additional $1.24 for going 1 mile over on a round trip fee. That's not a big deal at all, but I live off of a monthly fixed income. My money is tight right now, because of my move. They charged me the $1.25, plus a $5.00 fee, plus a $10.00 fee because the truck wasn't clean. I will NOT be returning to this location for a uhaul again.

FRANK OFirst truck did not have any gas and the replacement truck was not totally full. I had the truck for ~6 hours and at the end the odometer and the radio stopped working (electrical issue). The lights and analog gauges appeared to continue to work. The staff were very helpful in getting me into the second truck quickly and should concern with the electrical issue when I returned the truck.

daniel rI was told that I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for a few screws in the back of the U-Haul I rented but the person I spoke with couldn't be sure exactly what the image showed. The screws could've been a part of the truck. First time using this location and I will not use or recommend it to anyone moving forward

jimmey aService was great. The Hispanic woman at Gate City Pawn was very nice and explained things fully for me because when I have rented in the past, the trucks were not this expensive. I don't recall paying for individual miles in the past. I do understand the reasoning behind this though. Thanks Again Team U-Haul!!!

He answered all of my questions eagerly and with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised and very glad I chose to drop the U-Haul truck off at this location. I would gladly use them again.
