The tank is only a quarter of a tank but with gas prices I understand I’m still waiting to find out how much of my deposit I get back though otherwise I’ve used them several times and they are great people located in Rock Island Illinois.

Was sent here from Bettendorf U-Haul location which was equally awful. Stay away from both locations.

The truck did not have a dolly when I went to pick it up and the location manager did not have any furniture pads (I had to go an hour later to another location to get some).

The liscense plate was hanging by one screw making it difficult to open and close the door. The taillight brake and turn signal didn't work requiring me to have a third party fix it. The tire pressures on both tires were 1/2 of what they were supposed to be. Other than that, no furniture pads were available and the original pick up location was changed to this location by u-haul.

Picked up the truck. It only had a quarter of a tank of gas. We know the policy is to return the truck full. We only drove approximately 40 miles. It cost $120.00 to fill the truck. We were asked why we put gas in the truck. Took one hour to process to leave even though we had started the process online and over 30 minutes to return and leave the building We were not pleased with our experience. Brakes pulsed.

The store owner/operator needs to be very clear and committed to the business as far as renting uhauls to renters. Confusing your renters can cause alot of misunderstanding and drive business away.

This location does not need to be an authorized uhaul location. Not only was the uhaul filthy, in the cab it was sticky and dirty. There was what looked like soda, juice or similar nearly everywhere, ashes in the cup holders mixed with said sticky substances, outside of the box had stuff dripping from all over, inside the box had what appeared to be blood dripping all inside on the walls, etc. The box was heavily damaged almost anywhere you looked on the outside. The man who checked me in forced me to agree to the condition of the truck on the app before he would give me the keys. Upon returning it he made false claims that the gas was much lower than it was when I returned it, as well as tried to charge me a 30 dollar fuel fee on top of claiming he had to fill up with 12 gallons of gas. Not only that, when I confronted him with how disgusting it was, with photo evidence, he told me to take him to court. He began yelling at me with customers behind me & then told me to leave. What's funny is when I picked it up, he pretended to not speak any English but his English was great once I returned it and he started yelling and such. There's more to this, but I'm exhausted from moving and I've already initiated a formal complaint with a uhaul General manager. I've also sent said manager photos of everything.

I had a call back from the owner of the store the tow and haul light was on when I picked it up so whomever rented it the time before me must of left it on other then that I will use uhaul again

I had a 4:00 reservation for a car trailer. I arrived at 3:50. The property looks poor and does not represent your brand well. My reservation was not ready and the lady behind the desk had to call her husband to come and complete the paperwork. I waited over a half hour and then asked her what was taking so long. She said he was caught in traffic. That is not true as I had just driven through the same traffic a half hour before and had zero trouble getting there. I told her he had five minutes to get there or I was leaving. He showed up a few minutes later and then started yelling at me for screaming at his wife. I had certainly not screamed his wife and found his behavior inappropriate. If my need for the trailer hadn't been critical I certainly would have left him then and there. This is not a good place for a U-Haul franchise.

Have a person that knows what to do. I spent an hour going to different places looking for something I already had because the representative couldn't figure out the tow ball hitch. I went to an auto parts store then to another uhaul.com location. A waste of my time

Again-this location was great but I was sent to two locations prior to this for trucks and they didn't have my truck. 5th ave moline had no one there. Complete waste of my time. spruce hills Bettendorf was the worse of them all. She told me I had no reservations for the day and I had already pre checked in. Gave me corp number to call. Spruce hills worker provided the worse level of customer service I've ever experienced. Avenue or the cities-gas land rock island-Huffmans we're great location. I'd really like a refund for one truck given all the run around I had. I plan on writing a big google review spruce hills location.

The truck gas tank was 3/4 full and I made sure it was pass that when returned but they still charge me for extra funds! I read about it but didn't think it will happen to me路‍♀️

Our reservation of a 20' truck was made on November 30th for a December 28th pick up. We received a call that day that the truck we reserved was not available. We were sent to this new location to get a 26' truck. A LOT of last minute stress that should have been avoided since we did make a reservation. We would have thought that it would have been U-Haul's job to get a truck to our location for pick up. Disappointed in the service.

Gas land wouldn't answer the phone on Friday so I dropped it off at Nicos tires on 11st Rock Island Illinois at 12:30 and they haven't updated the record yet! I've called them and it's still not been updated that I dropped it of a day early

Very small location. No other truck or trailer options. Disorganized owner/manager. Forgot to give me pads. And when I called him, he told me to just tell the drop off location. He didn't represent U-Haul very well.

The truck was supposed to be a 20' truck, but I received a smaller one, and I was supposed to be able to rent the truck for 24 hours, but the renter insisted that I return the trick by midnight last night, therefor I only had the truck for approximately 8 hours instead of 24.

The person I dealt did not know what he was doing. I think he is the owner. When I went to pick up the the truck, his wife had to call him in. When I returned the truck, she again had to call him. He had her ask me what the mileage was, and I left. When I picked up the truck, he had to call supervisor. That person was very helpful. I think his name was Kevin, but I am not sure.

I would not reccomend U Haul to anyone after my experience this weekend. I made a 3 hour drive praying I'd make it in a retired old truck with the engine knocking, sucking exhaust fumes, and angry that I paid $299!!

Go to a full service Uhaul location when ever possible. This was a convenience store, the owner's were beginners and had to call for help using the U-haul software. The truck had not been cleaned, there were cigarette butts in the ashtray etc.

The people would not come out and inspect the vehicle with me there and she was very rude to us and thats why i took a picture of everything including the end miles and where the gas was and then it was reported that it was at a 1/4 tank when I have pictures of it at 3/8 of a tank with the exact miles in the same pics as when i left it. Then she had no clue we was even dropping it off there. That place was terrible!!!!! I hope I get me refund ASAP or I will go in there and raise hell!!!

Truck was not fueled up. Mobile app was down. It took 1 hour for me and the uhaul rep to struggle with how to check on with the mobile app. Could not check in with app due to bug in the system that would not let me proceed.

The guy was 30 minutes late from the appointment time, and untrained on how to use the app to check out. I had to take the iPad and figure it out myself. The entire process took another 30 minutes.
