I believe I was over charge. I rented at 9am and return at 2:10pm. As well as replace gas in the rental and was still charge still charge 146.10 for usage within desired miles used.

This location volunteered to receive truck because original drop off location hasn't been au haul dealer in years. They gave me Garvins #. I dropped it off on a Saturday,2 days ahead of deadline and he called me Wednesday 2 days after deadline looking for the truck.i parked right in front of his office and he never checked it in. I had to send him pictures of the truck and he was standing beside it when he called me. He was clueless. Finally got it resolved. Tried to tell me it was returned late. Glad photos are time stamped

I called and asked if they would be there and he said he is always there. We showed up with the trailer and the place was locked. We called and someone on the phone told us to just leave it. I was very uncomfortable with that not knowing if someone would show up behind us and steal it because it wasn't locked.

Make sure BEFORE you send out a receipt that you have charged the proper amount of mileage, and NOT DOUBLED the amount and charged the customer too much!!! Also, when you are attempting to charge someone's card, make sure you do everything properly so that you don't call your customer to say that their card is declined, when it wasn't...our bank said no one even tried to charge anything on that card...make sure you know how to use your technology. AND...when you do realize YOU have made a mistake, don't tell the customer that THEY need to call u-haul HQ to straighten it out~the company is responsible for fixing their own mistakes, not the customer...fix those things and you may have repeat customers~not us, but others in the future!!!

Attempted to return after hours. Due to poor cell reception was unable to determine location with the U-Haul website. Attempted to contact U-Haul but was unable to due to length of wait time, I called a number that was on the door Of Garvins community store in Springfield, South Carolina and it happened to be the owner of the business. He came to his drop off location and did our return. Mind you, this was way after business hours, but he came from his home to assist us in the return. This should be a model for your U-Haul stores. Many thanks to the owner

My smartphone was unable to upload pictures to the website. My Samsung is a great phone, and has no issues doing anything else. I feel like an app would be more reliable than the web for all the pictures and pickup/dropoff procedures

The truck was full of roaches!! And the hitch was not properly hitched to the truck. When we went to put the car on hitch the hitch flew in the air and almost knocked my sobs head off!!!..i couldn't believe what I was seeing....so no recommendations from me!! And the truck drove TERRIBLY!! No alignment at all!! I've NEVER saw so Manny middle fingers n all my life!!!!

A mistake somewhere in your system indicated I was using the "cell phone" 24/7 method, and I was not. This caused me to sit in the freezing cold for 2 hours waiting for the guy to appear so I could get the truck I rented and paid for in advance. NOT NICE AT ALL!

Left the truck with about 5/8 tank of gas (had another set of eyes with me to verify). Wrote it down on the contract. Picked it up in FL with a quarter tank. Receipt showed that the tank only had 3/8 tank of gas which is a lot less than what I left it with. There was no one there to talk to about anything. I was going to see if they could work something out about the mileage overage and leaving over a quarter tank more gas in it. The drop off location looks run down and bared up like a liquor store. Not very inviting at all. Trash was everywhere outside on the ground. This is my first time with a UHaul and will be my last. If I would have known about the gas I would have syphoned the gas I put in it back out h til I was at a quarter tank.

The owner charge us an extra day due to his business being closed. It wasn't our fault that he wasn't open. He never explain for us to just leave the trailer at the business. Bad business that caught us off guard.

This location advertise it's hours of operation for Saturdays to close at 7:00pm; which is not the case. They closed at 12:00. Very unprofessional.
