The pick-up was fine and the gentleman who helped me was polite and professional. My issues occurred prior to pick-up and when it was time to return the trailer. I selected an item and location well in advance. Then, within a week of my pick-up, my location was changed twice to increasingly farther locations. This one was about a 25 min drive. When I tried to return the trailer, there was no one there and the doors were locked. It was 3:30 pm and the posted hours stated they were open until 6 pm. I had to unhook and stabilize the trailer myself. It was very heavy (6 x 12). Thank goodness it wasn't my wife trying to drop off. She could not have done it.James T.
The women that I talked to was very helpful and kind. She told us exactly what to do with the truck and said that everything was taken care of .daniel W.

Ok so so my daughter in law had made reservations for me to pick up a 26 ft trailer of line a month a head of time I was to pick it up at the Bryans Road Sunoco we checked back a week before picking it up and they told us that they never get that size trailer at that location we called uhaul and they told us we would have go to hyattsville which is an hour away. Long storyl at this point we were very concerned because I was moving to luray va with family coming to help with the move and not knowing if we were even going to get a truck we were than told that we would possibly have to pick up in waldorf or maybe in accokeek but they would let us know on the 24 or 25 for a pick up on the 26 I just don't think this is a good way to run a business to not know if you are even going to get a moving truck on moving day we all moving is stressful enough it should also be convenient for your customersDebra F.

online it said i got 299 miles however when i purchased it i was told less and ended up paying for 15 miles extra.... bait and switch...william E.

Dolly had broken tail light. Wiper blades were bad and couldn't see. Also there is no cruise control. Do u know what it is like to drive 800 miles with no cruise control?Ibrahim A.

Truck was ready. Service person very nice. Truck rode smoothly with easy handling. We had to purchase windshield cleaner because mechanism did not work.Linda S.
The location pick up was the best part of the moving experience. The rental process was aggravating. After ordering on line I stopped by the White Plains location to confirm truck size. They did not have the 20' truck I was suppose to get the next morning. Came home and called U Haul again. I was told I would have been notified that evening that the pick up location was different than what I had ordered. Eventually, the morning of the move when we arrived at Bel Alton, we learned that the 20' truck had JUST been dropped off and we lucky to get it. The lady was very nice and accommodating. IF I RETURN TO UHAUL, I will return to this location only. Also, where is it printed that a one-way rental is cheaper than returning truck to pick up location? Should the person with whom I made the reservation mentioned this MINOR DETAIL? It seems only appropriate, to me, your customer.
