The guys unloaded the uhaul's pads and hand trucks quickly, took it off my hands. The tall, pretty lady fixed my $75 overcharge. Great folks.

ANNA E.I reserved a 6 x 12 trailer online but then got a call from uhaul to go to another location to pick it up. I got to the location and they did not have a 6 x 12 trailer and they only have 5 x 9 trailers at that location. I had to use the 5 x 9 not very good logistics.

CURTIS O.There was loose dirt in the interior that i had to sweep out. Even though I checked in online, it appears the reservation process was duplicated and thereby not as quick as i thought it would be. But overall, the staff is friendly and efficient. I use them frequently because of it!!!

William H.Neither at this location, or the one in Kearney Nebraska were the trucks fueled or cleaned. It is amazing to me that there is a supposed $25 cleaning fee if the customer brings back a dirty truck, but I was not offered a discount for cleaning the dirt, bolts, rocks and Pepsi spill in the back the truck I rented.
DALE P.The rental truck cab was not very clean and there was an animal odor in the cab. I informed the crew and they performed some hasty cleaning. I personally spent an additional two hours cleaning the cab before my departure.

Saundra K.I got a trailer from this location, the person there suggested flipping over the hitch. I told him to do it. Come to find out, when we dropped it off at our destination, he didn't tighten the ball on correctly and we could have lost the trailer and everything in it. NOT happy. The lady in the office was great as usual.
John A.Trailer jacks need to be installed on the trailers. If one has an issue and needs to unhook from the loaded trailer, it would be almost impossible without creating a true hazard to those involved. Swing away 1000 lbs.jacks are not expensive and could save someone from serious injury.

Lloyd J.The location was great. Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the Uhaul system as it was down when I went to pick up the tow dolly. This location did everything it could to help and get me on my way. Uhaul's main customer service was absolutely no help and offered no solutions when they Uhaul system had failed and we had to delay for over 2 hours until the system allowed Uhaul locations to do anything (we spoke with other Uhaul locations, it was down completely across Uhaul as a whole when we went to pick the tow dolly up).

The service was unprofessional, a reservation made a month earlier was not enough to secure my preferred truck size & I had to sweep out the truck before loading it - the last thing you need on moving day. I would avoid this location at all costs. As a long time U-Haul customer, l feel their service has declined in recent years & I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future & I hope that you do to.

Richard R.I never received a call from UHaul confirming pickup and drop off locations. First location didn't have trailer at pick up location even though I had confirmed the previous day. I was sent to Carmichael to pick up a dirty trailer that had just been returned. I was told I could return trailer to any location. After the fact I received a call telling me a return location. A lot of confusion with this reservation.
TAMI J.I got a appliance dolly that was in terrible shape. One of the belts was missing, The other was so torn up, it would not have lasted long. the wheels were warn and so old that they were white. I tore up my threshold before I discovered. it. I took it to another store and exchanged it.
