I was gave the keys and told where the truck was, about 2 blocks away from rental office no one checked out the truck with me, i rented a truck in hazard ky to find out it was already rented , used my gas in personal vechicle to drive approx. 45 minutes each ways to pick up the truck , then found out when i turned the truck in that over milage was .99cents on weekends and friday was concidered weekend , i was told 40 cents a mile payed a lot of money out for this truck , expensive move , very disapointed as i paid cash with a 100$ deposit to end up paying another 30$ plus my 100 deposit .i have rented several uhauls this past year not sure i would rent again.

I went online and ordered the towdolly for London,KY. When I got there, I received a message from Manchester. I didn't think any thing about it. I went to the place when I understand the dolly would there. To my surprise I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to Manchester to pick up the dolly. I had ordered for London. There was a uhaul dealer there. I have to go back and redo the paperwork I had already done online in Manchester. I was not happy about all of this. I have never had a problem with uhaul before.

The truck rented to me had well over 100,000 miles and had something wrong with the front end. I had to fight to keep it going in a straight line and actually went off the road when it pulled to the right expectantly. It wanted to follow every crown n the road and you had to watch as you had to move the wheel back and forth to try and keep it going straight.I told the guy at my drop off point about it but whether it will be looked at is another story. When do you guys finally retire these trucks with high mileage?

The truck was not not at 3/4 tank when I picked it up. It was at 1/2 tank and I was supposed to return it at 3/4 tank which I did.

More detailed directions since GPS did not recognize the address, if not familiar with the area. The receptionist at the location was very helpful in helping us find the place.

Service was great the vehicle was in great shape. It had a cigarette left in it and also a little trash in the floor. I did leave the cigarette in the truck.

The interior had not been cleaned. The console was "sticky" where someone spilled like soda. Also the right side mirror would not stay in place. It vibrated outward and I had troubles seeing on my right. The pads I rented were generally dirty. And no cruise control for a 700 mile trip was brutal. Can't believe it's not standard equipment.

A bigger sign would have been helpful to find it. Also Google doesn't know where it is, but the people at IGA are willing to give directions.

Your people at haul customer service are rude. I spoke with 6 9over the course of two days. I sat on hold for over an hour and was transferred over and over. I had to drive 36/miles out of my way. everyone I spoke with at haul customer service acted like they hated their job. You may be the best price but the service as a whole was not pleasant at all. The people at G and S were fantastic. It was hard to get to with little to no directions in the middle of nowhere so it would be helpful if your customer service could alert people of that. We of course had to locate it and find it on our own and talk to local residents and attempt to follow their directions, "down by the old church?" Overall, we moved. We got here. But your service was less than desirable when it comes to your call centers.

First off nobody would answer the phone and we couldn't figure out where to drop it off at. I ended up having to go home and call the 1800 number to figure it out and they didn't answer the phone for that lady too. Then I dropped it off and it was completely muddy in the parking lot and then I got a call saying I needed to come back up there and put more gas in it or my card would be charged thirty more dollars. I go back up there and it read that it was full but I went to the gas station anyway with it again and it only took four more dollars to make it over flow. I guess the full tank was not good enough I guess it has to overflow out the truck. I will never use this place again!!! I spent $168 just to use the truck and some respect and professionalism would have been nice. I'm very disappointed!

this has been the worse experiment of my life i could not get the dealer to come out an look at the truck at all paper work said there was 7/8 tank of gas in it when in fact there was only a 1/2 tank so that cost me an extra 45 dollars the truck had no oil in it at all when i called road side i was told to add oil so that cost me 43 plus dollars but i was reembursted for that but not the gas the truck was dirty on the inside the service was horrible had a blow out on the interstate but roadside was there within a hour to repair they did great job the place i picked truck up at i wouldnt recomend to anyone

Make sure the location for the truck is closer to the person renting the truck, ( I had to drive 1 1/2 hours one way out of my way just to get the truck) make sure the location of the truck is on a map or directions straight to the location so people know where the location for the truck is n that there is gas in the truck! I had a horrible experiience with this UHaul trek!

The owner of this establishment opened 30 minutes late. The truck was not ready. He was verbally abusive to my daughter and he threatened her physically as well. We are filing a formal complaint with UHAUL and the BBB. Have rented many UHAUL'S in the past.....never been treated like this. Absolutely horrible experience!!!

Ihad to drive 50 minutes to get to the pick up. Requested pick up was 10 minutes away. I ended up having to pay for extra mileage not to mention the gas in both the uhaul and my vehicle.

When I reserved the Uhaul for 8:00 am pickup, I assume the business would be open at 8:00am. However, the owner advised me at about 8:45 am that he woned his own business and would open whenever he liked! That is not professional behaviour. I stated to him that I guess that was just my problem and not his then, and he agreed! Very unprofessional business!

There was an unavoidable change in venue the day before pick up. It would have been more convienant to pick up at Hyden, KY. However, there was an adjustment made.

Had a very good experience with UHaul. I was able to make phone arrangements for keeping truck. After hours drop box was great since I arrived on Sunday. Copy of contract was faxed when requested. Overall very positive transaction.

This location was far away from where our rental truck was supposed to be picked up. No fault of this location. Had to change locations due to our truck wouldn't be in at the time we had requested. Truck was very good. Appreciate the U-Haul dispatcher being able to find us a truck as we had a schedule to stay on......

I was charaged $50 for insurance I did not request, charged $200+ for 225 miles which was impossible considering I only drove from Manchester to London which is approx. 60 miles round trip. I had to put $30 of gas in the truck before it could be drove to London, I left the same amt of gas as was in it and G&S charged me $60 for fuel. I was charged approximately $365 when I was told when I called in to reserve the truck that it would be approx $43 plus mileage. I want my money refunded, this has caused my checking acct to be overdrawn, I would not have rented the truck had I known it would be this much, I'm recently divorced and I am struggling as it is, without me being overcharged for things I didn't request and for mileage I didn't use and fuel when I left it as it was when it was picked up.

didn't do a walk around with me, so the return place was very nasty about it and trying to charge me with everything.. I am going to do a formal complain about the whole deal from making the reservation to picking up the truck and turning it in..

When you walk through the door and begin taking care of business the staff is friendly and courteous. They don't treat you like just a number on a contract, they actually talk with you and make you feel like you've all known each other for years. I was very pleased with the whole experience at G&S.

I called the u-haul 800# to complain about the roaches in the back of the truck was told that i would get a dicount but there was info in the note section from u-haul to show i called and that kind of upset but the the place in manchester has my highest respect as a company and being patient and kind

Brennen was not very helpful and did not help with any of the hooking up process, he did tell me that my hitch was not rated for the trailor so i canceled the auto transport and saved money, but a total waste of time otherwise
