First off the truck I ordered , was not the size I was given and I had no choice but to take it. There was something wrong with the down hill breaking. I was so temped to return the truck to the place of pickup , how ever we were on a very tight schedule and had to deal with it. Traveling over a thousand miles with a less then up to par truck is not the way to go . I will never rent from U- haul again. They sent us clear out in Tim buck two to pick up the truck instead of the U- haul building it's self. I was totally scared to let my drivers even take the truck to begin with. How ever since the nain driver is a pro race car driver and he works on his own race cars , I let it slide. U- haul as lost my trust in them totally. Never again will I ever put my drivers behind a wheel which is sub- par when I rent in NY. The drop off sight was wonderful and well managed and easy. Located in a reasonable area. Thank god something went right with them.
