Justin EI have no complaints about the pickup location. I do have a complaint about the reservation system. I called the local number for the location where I wanted to pick up the trailer. Of course, everyone is busy, so I'm transferred to a call center. Even though I've rented about a dozen times, they still had to get all my information again. Then, when I said I only needed the trailer for the day, and would pick up at 9 am, the person on the line gave me a 3pm return time. When I said that was too short, she said she would give me the daily rate, so I could return the following day at the same time, for the same price. Why even go through that step? Then they don't have any trailers at the location I want, at the time I want. It took a few minutes to get that figured out. Why not cover that first? Too remote, too complicated, and too disorganized, in my opinion. And of course, then the text message wanting me to verify everything before I leave the lot, even though they've just taken pictures of everything. I have to stop, allow location on my device etc. etc. It reminds me of a Mitch Hedberg routine. He buys a donut, they ask him if he wants a receipt. He says "I can't imagine a situation where I would need a receipt for a donut. I give you the money, you give me the donut. End of transaction."

William CThe location staff tried everything they can to get me UHAUL. The UHAUL was not ready for the Reserved time and I have wait for 1.5 hours to get an alternate UHAUL and that also came with restrictions of returning it before the time I requested . I requested UHAUL for 24 hours but the alternate UHAUL given to me was given for 16 hours or so . Not so good experience but we did not have any other option as it was last minute change byUHAUL.

Jeff WI dealt with an inexperienced rental person, she struggled to compete the documentation & it took a LONG time to finish the transaction. Additionally the trailer wasn't connected properly (not fastened to the ball hitch), consequently the trailer bounced off of the ball hitch. Luckily my vehicle was not damaged Note - I reported this incident to Galvan's & they handled it exceptionally well. A U-haul rep (Cory Platt) called me within minutes, was super apologetic, instructed me to have the under carriage of my vehicle checked (since the trailer tongue hit the under carriage) AND credited all the rental charges back to my credit card.

Jack dWe had to go to this location because the one we had a truck reserved at cancelled and said they couldn’t get the truck we reserved. We ended up getting a truck that was not big enough. But we had to make do with what we could get. Very disappointed in the Bentonville and rogers facility. Would not recommend to anyone.

Jerry HWhen I returned the truck, they tried to claim the truck was 15/16s full upon pickup and it was not so they charged me for 27 gallons of gas I didn't use. So now I have to work my dispute to get this resolved. My experience with U-haul has not been a good one at all.

Coby MThe team member who helped me was amazing. Somehow the return location was eneted as Benton vs Bentonville/Rogers which is 5 hours awasy. She was able to contact UHail Traffic and get my drop off location updated to Rogers AR. Definitely went above and beyond to solve the issue even though she was not responsible for the wrong drop off location. Superior customer service!

casey wThe equipment I was given has a bad tire that was not noticed when I inspected it and ended up having to call roadside assistance which added 2.5 hours to my already 1 hour trip. Everything was handled great but it shouldn’t have been necessary.

Rebecca WWorst experience I’ve had. Went to my u haul to look at it while I wasn’t present. Changed the time in their computer to 30 min prior to return. Charged me for an extra day and wouldn’t let me use it for the rest of the day they charged me for. Would no recommend doing business with them

JOHN UI did not choose this location, it was 20 miles farther than the one I selected for drop off which resulting in Uhaul charging me an extra fee for going over the allotted mileage even though it was completely their fault.
