Both ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. Both insured that my experience with U Haul was perfect. I have used U Haul at many other locations and states. This is by far the best customer service I have received.

The rental of the 26’ was fine. However, the next day tried to rent a 10’ to finish-tried to extend the original and wasn’t able to-app said truck was parked in front. It wasn’t. Was in chat for 30+ mins and was told did you look here? Finally called CS and was told yes get it it’s in the back. No keys in lockbox. Someone who works there, definitely dropped the ball. Thankfully corporate was able to help me. After 90 mins of crap, I got another truck. Hoping this place uses this as a learning moment and does better next time.

TAMERA WHITLOWThe truck was muddy on the outside like it had been driven through a mud puddle. I had to sweep out the back before I could load.
SANDRA BREWERThe rear roll up door was sticking so I applied some WD-40; that fixed the door; but, the door could also use a handle to leverage it down so that the latch (which requires two hands) could be released and then engaged. Took two people; one standing on the pull strap in a closed position down; while another used both hands to release and then engage the latch. A simple handle would make it 70% easier.

Ken LovegreenThere were several issues with this location. The manager was responsive to change my reservation and add coverage I refused on my original. Then after two after hour phone calls of communication he stopped answering. Now during the rental I was to lease what we thought was 4 days. The system only set one day and charged for 180 miles estimated to be used to my daughter's card. $231+ My fault for not advising we were ending two days. Which I communicated to the female there I been in contact with during this whole transaction after the manager. Next I was working and did not have my phone on the Saturday they called the references in panic claiming to report the truck stolen. We were bringing it back that day. Which we did. Now, my dayghters card was overbilled again with another charge on her account. Our total bill should have been $170 max...180 with taxes...you billed another 230 something taking her card over limit. 6 days @ 1995 and 31 miles @ 1.09/mi I called and left a message and my daughter did as well. No one has bothered to call back Today we both made two calls each and Now they Do Not Answer at all!!!! The charges are being reported to her card company since no one will be responsible and respond. That is Rude and Very Unprofessional!!! Catina Hardin

My complaint has to do with mobile check-in/online experience… Customer Service was good, but there were many obstacles to hurdle in order to finally get into the Uhaul truck. I ultimately had to end up waiting for the store to open at 8:30 instead of my original pick up time… I will definitely use this service again, just hopefully the process is smoother! Thank you

KAY KENNEDYTruck had an active leak / previous leak of the Driver Side front wheel hub. Noted in pre-trip, but no recommendation was given on exchanging truck. On-line requested 24 blankets; at time of check-in the clerk stated she could only give me 18 (Bag of 12 and 6 loose). When we started packing/loading; the Bag only contained 6 for now a total of 12...not 18 or 24.

NICOLE MANLEY | Overall ExperienceI work with Merit Advisors and we rented a 10x20 unit. Upon measuring for shelving, we realized it was 7.5x20. I called and TJ said that it is false advertisement and the owners lie and tell people it is a 10x20 when it is really not. I asked for a discount, but she said that they would have to discount 79 other customers for the same thing, so the answer is no. This is definitely bad business! I will never professionally or personally rent from this facility ever again and will tell my coworkers/friends/family to do the same. I just cannot believe that this is the policy. It is dishonest and horrible. I will be looking for my refund.
