The operator of this location is not pleasant at all. He is very rude and condescending and doesn't seem to know the rules as well as the norms very well. The entire time I was inside the location signing the contract, he wasn't wearing a mask either. Please look into this situation as it is not healthy and does not look well upon the image of U-Haul as a company.NIKIT C.

I had a bad impression from the agent who handed me the car. The dolly I asked for was swapped, even though my reservation clearly specified furniture dolly. Additionally, I mentioned I might need to extend my reservation, to which the agent gave an excuse that did not seem reliable (after which I spoke to an agent in UHAUL 1800 number and was able to extend anyways). Not to mention the car was FILTHY. A used mask in the back, garbage, mud on the front seats' floors. The interaction at this pickup location seemed overall dishonest, and I won't be referring anyone to this location.ANA CAROLINA S.
I am very concerned about the fact that I asked for and reserved a CUBE VAN and was told when I went to pick up the cube van, I was told by the same person who made the reservation that only CARGO VANS were available at that location! I spent over 2 hours waiting on the phone with 3 different U-Haul staff to sort out the mess - too late to make any changes that could accommodate my movers. I ended up using the cargo van, doing 2 trips to get all my stuff and spending extra money on mileage and gas! I would like the extra money spent on mileage and gas to be refunded to me. The cargo van was picked up from location, driven to my former home Avenue in Mississauga to get my stuff, then driven to my new address also in Mississauga (about 10 km apart) to drop my stuff, and that was done 2 times. There was no need as a cube van would have taken everything in 1 trip. I have had several great experiences with U-Haul trucks and service over the years. It really bothers me that the dealer at the Gadget Klinik didn't find it necessary to tell me he didn't have what I needed so I could make other arrangements. He rather put me through unnecessary stress, waste of time and waste of money, just so he could make a "sale", and that is not ok.
