Waited at least 30 minute before I was able to actually get this shift made me late for work. The lady had to call some one to even get it rented. During this standing time she never spoke to us or offered us a seat. It was very awkward.

When I arrived at this location the person I was supposed to get my deposit from wasn't present and I had to drive to another parking station off site and give my keys to a clerk at a tanning bed salon who didn't even know the contact number of your representative. I now have to contact him and drive back to his business for my deposit.

They did not have the equipment I reserved, and never did have. I drove 160 miles for equipment that did not exist. I drove and additional 80 miles to get the right equipment (17.50 in gas). I loss 3 hrs and made for a very long day. I'll think twice before I use uhaul again. I don't need the hassle. PS I also missed a meeting due to being extremly late.

Very hard to find this location and I spent 3 hours looking for it in darkness and rain. Address given to me by uhaul was also wrong...

Have the person in charge to make sure we have what we ordered. We didn't get our appliance dolly and only had three out of 12 furniture pads. The truck was also filthy.

Until I phoned the location, I would not have known where to drop the trailer - it was at a different location than advertised, but the personnel were very helpful.

This location did not provide the needed rental equipment we ordered, however, the U-Haul office in Knoxville, TN did the leg-work for us and found a location with the equipment we needed. (THANKS SUSIE!!) Fuson's owner, "Willie", was kind enough to allow us to drop off the U-Haul on a day we were able without charging extra, but his staff are completely unprofessional and we left feeling like our business was unappreciated. I would recommend U-Haul, but NOT this location!

I had to drive two hours to get a truck because you could not give me one near my location even though I rented in advance.

Had to pick the truck up at 10am because they don't open sooner. Then at 10am no one was there that knew how to rent the truck. Took an additional three hours to get the truck rented. Thanks to Ronnie the area manager for renting it to me over the phone. I recommend dropping this vendor from the Uhaul vendor list since there is another vendor within 2 miles.

This place is a joke. The man doing the contract made it clear that he didn't want to be there. I reserved an appliance dolly which they didn't have and I had to go about finding another in town. The truck had almost 80 miles more on the odometer than they had written on the contract. But the real kick was that the trucks weren't even there. I had someone drop me off at the location and thankfully they stayed until I was through, otherwise I would have had to walk about 1/2 mile down a busy highway to get to the truck. When I made it home a thorough cleaning of the back was in order. It's a shame that U-Haul let's places like this soil their name.

truck was new,and filthy. milage at departure was incorrect. it's only 170 miles from pinevill,ky to mccaysville,ga according to contract(a yellow sheet of paper} the truck traveled 272 miles.must have been in my dream!!!!!good recieption at this end good dealer,good attitude, charged fuson $25 for cleaning. also 4 mats were left in truck by fuson......
